Private Kōloa Retreat | Pool + Golf Course Views | Near Poʻipū Beach

This was place was fabulous. Everything was very clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. Location was great, short drive to the beach and Poipu Center. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Communication with Malia was easy and quick! Highly recommend.

This house literally had everything you could possibly need for our family of 5! The location was perfect…not too far from multiple beaches, shopping, restaurants, golf, and even some hiking. The kitchen was stocked with everything from utensils/cookware to cleaning supplies. There was plenty of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels for our entire stay unlike many properties where you end up buying much of it on your own after a few days. The shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and some of the hand soap were even from a higher end local Hawaiian company. Everything felt and looked newer including the furniture, sheets, mattresses, and decor. The outdoor shower was great to wash off after a day at the beach before heading into the beautiful pool. Beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella were provided along with some pool floats to relax.Also, Malia from Legacy Vacation Hawaii was a wonderful host! She was there for us with any questions/needs for our stay. She even called to check in on us with any concerns we had during a tsunami warning and followed up with us the next day. I will absolutely be using Malia for any future Kauai trips and will definitely be staying at this property again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home and are so grateful we found it on short notice! From the moment we arrived, the property manager made us feel incredibly welcome—greeting us with beach towels and toys for the kids, fresh coffee, and even Hawaiian chocolates. Such a thoughtful touch! The home itself was spotless, beautifully organized, and stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The air conditioning was a huge bonus, especially since that’s not always standard in Hawaii. We loved the location—nestled right off the golf course in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The lanai was perfect for relaxing and watching the kids swim, and we truly felt right at home. This was one of those places you remember for all the right reasons. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends!

Amazing! Host is wonderful and the house was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen is well stocked with the things you need. The outdoor grill is new and works great. Each bedroom has a big fan, AC and has an attached bathroom. I loved hanging out on the lanai or in a lounge chair by the pool. The linens are all soft and new. The pool comfortable temp and awesome. The house was clean and easy to keep clean. There is a cooler, beach chairs and portable beach umbrella. No negatives that we found. We would defiantly like to come back!
