Soak in the mountain views from your private deck or from the master bedroom. Enjoy your favorite DVD in the living area in front of the 42 inch Samsung LCD TV,complete with Blu-ray DVD player. Warm up in front of the rock fireplace, or in your own private outdoor hot tub. The master suite also features great mountain views and a wonderful master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. You are provided with a heated one car garage and driveway, as well as the convenience of being right on the Snowflake Run. In the summer, this location is just steps above many town trails which circle through the beautiful wetlands and into the mountains. Located six blocks from town, and two blocks from a bus stop, you are not far from the Breckenridge action.

** Tenant must be at least 25 years of age. A valid driver's license will be required for proof of age at check-in. No exceptions. **

*Please note that the Snowflake Ski Run is very flat and does require some walking and/or poling for the ski-in access.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
