This spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome features a private hot tub, gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, private one car garage and a washer and dryer. The location may be even better than the amenities! Just a 5 minute walk from the Quicksilver SuperChair, adjacent to the Upper Village Pool and 1 block from Main Street, this property has it all!

The space
Upper Level:
• Large living room with ample room for activities.
• Gas fireplace for cozy ambiance during winternights.
• Dining table with seating for 6.
• Updated kitchen with all the appliances (not 1, but 2 crockpots!) and utensils needed to create and serve a meal for the whole group.
• Deck featuring a private hot tub and backing up to open space directly behind.
• Bedroom #1 features a queen bed, flatscreen TV and ensuite full bathroom with a spacious shower, double vanity and separate toilet closet.

Lower Level:
• Bedroom #2 featuring a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the patio outside.
• Bedroom #3 featuring a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bedroom also has a sliding glass door that connects to the outside patio.
• Private heated 1 car garage with room to park 1 car in front.
• Washer and dryer.

Maximum occupancy: 6 - Not to be exceeded at any time.
Parking capacity: 2 cars - additional or oversized vehicles must check BreckPark for overnight pay parking options in town.

Location:
• One block from Main Street and Main Street Station and plentiful shopping and restaurants.
• About 300 yards/5 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift/ Base of Peak 9*.
• About one block from the bottom of 4 O'Clock Run*. At the end of the day take 4 O'Clock Run all the way down to the bottom and walk 1 block back to the building or ski to the bottom of Quicksilver Lift and walk 5 minutes back.
*Peak 9 and/or 4 O'Clock Run may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and mountain conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations.
• Bus stop located across the street. Bus routes continue to the Breck Connect gondola and the Breckenridge Transfer Station with other bus options to continue to Keystone, Frisco or Copper Mountain.

Upper Village Pool Clubhouse:
• Heated outdoor pool

• Open from noon-8pm
• This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following CLOSURE dates:
- Fall Maintenance 2026: Approximately the end of September to end of October or mid November
- Spring Maintenance 2027: Approximately mid April to the Friday of Memorial Day weekend.
*This clubhouse is located just behind the townhome.

• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
• Hot tub towels are provided.

» The minimum age to rent is 25.
» Maximum occupancy (6) cannot be exceeded at any time.
» There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. .
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

    We could not have asked for a better stay! Perfect location, quick walk right to the heart of town. The bus stop was right outside the community to get you to any peak within minutes. The house was clean and equipped with everything and anything you could possibly need. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat, can not say enough positive things about it.

    4th time to Breck for a friends ski trip. Cant beat the location for the price. Easy less than 10 min flat walk to the Quicksilver lift and same for mainstreet for all the restaurants and bars. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked including a bunch of condiments, spices, etc. Hot tub worked great and the sonos sound system was really nice. Everything worked out great and will definitely try to grab this spot again on our next trip out.

    This place was really great for our visit to Breckenridge. It is truly a treat to be able to walk to the Beaver Run lift, walk back to the place, and walk to Main St. It is great to have parking for two vehicles at the place. We really enjoyed the hot tub and its location on the deck right next to the back door makes it easy to go in and out. The layout of the place was good with 3 BR's along with 3 baths. We enjoyed the kitchen and cooked several meals here. I was completely delighted to find big rock ice cubes for my homemade Manhattans. The only slightly negative comment is the decor is dated, the sofa and carpet is old, and the beds are not near the same comfort level of a typical Marriott room. Other than that, we had a great stay!
