Great location, very quiet, clean and warm

The house looks tiny, but the rooms are very spacious. The hot tub is a nice bonus, especially since it was -30 when we stayed. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely little house close to lots of amenities. Hot tub was wonderful to have as well. The only issue we had while staying here is that it only has 1 bathroom. Going with 5 adults made it a little difficult with only 1 bathroom. However we were aware of that before booking! So that was on us completely. I would say it would be lovely place for a little family with kids, but maybe not for that many adults ! Great place and glad we were able to enjoy it! Thank you.

The facility was a bit long in the tooth. Various corners and edges were quite worn and needed repair. After all charges, approx 500 plus per night, the facility was not worth the cost. Please note the facility manager was great.

We had a great visit to Saskatoon. The house had loads of character in a stunning area. Located close to walking trails and shopping areas. We took full advantage of the hot tub and the pet friendly accommodations. Our hosts were quick to respond to our questions and did their best to meet all our needs.

I can’t say enough good things about the home and the property. If you’re looking for a quiet home that’s beautifully kept and maintained for your visit to Saskatoon, this would be it.

The house is in a great area but the linens, pillows and towels all need to be upgraded.

Beautiful area, quiet, close to downtown and the river. Perfect fenced yard area for dogs. Comfortable house with all the basics provided. But as super edmonton oilers fan we were unable to access a tv channel to watch. Maybe TSN?

A comforting space to call home for a girl's weekend away. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants and Pure Living Yoga. The hot tub was hot and clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen had all we needed! We enjoyed a peaceful weekend here and would rent again!L&T

We were happy with the location, enjoyed the hot tub and felt it was a great space for our pups. The owners response was excellent. The property itself needs a bit of love and if you plan on cooking, you need to bring the essentials. No foil, paper towel etc., we would recommend more towels for hot tub and wine glasses, fireplace is non functioning which was a disappointment. Having said all of this, we were able to enjoy our stay with friends. .

This is one of top neighborhoods in all of Saskatoon. House has cool designs and decor; but you can tell it's old by faint old-house-smell and the dips in floors in a few areas. It reminded me of grandma's home, in a sweet way, but with a modern vibe. Kitchen is really nice. Ice maker in fridge was a delightful surprise. Bedrooms all have cute designs, lots of closet space, but mattress was bad. I tried the other beds to see if there was better option in other room, there wasn't; disappointing. Living room was cozy, dining room had cool chandelier. Bathroom was clean, but water pressure in shower was super wonky and was hard to get consistent temperature, which could be quirk of old house. A few things were a little worn/lived-in state, but it just made it more comfortable and I wasn't worried about my dogs being there, and that was most important to me! ?? I only used the hot tub once, saunas are more my thing. Parking was fine, there was space on the street right in front of the house, and space in back for smaller car if needed. Walking through this neighborhood in fall was downright magical. The vibrantly colored leaves sprinkled off the gigantic trees into piles on the sidewalks, lawns and driveways. ...I was mildly entertained by the annoyed neighbors raking or using their leaf blowers in vain.? I would stay again, and recommend to others.because it's a beautiful space, but it needs mattress upgrade..

This property is perfect. I have stayed in rentals all over the world and this is one of the top. Everything you need, spotless, fantastic location and extremely comfortable. Came for a little family getaway with my parents, sister and her spouse, my toddler and myself and we all really enjoyed the space. Thank you for a great stay!

Overall great stay, place was clean and was expected. Great area of the city as well. Only suggestion is in the original check in and check out instructions include the complete check out instructions as it only said to lock up that’s it. Follow up check out message while at the place included the complete check out instructions which should have been included in original email.
