We had a good stay here because of the game room, but even that was run down, but it was in a great location for us. This house needs some TLC. There were not enough towels when we got there, but they did come back to remedy that right away. There are hardly any kitchen items, not even many glasses. The bathrooms seemed pretty clean, but the floors were dirty in the whole house, and the walls are in pretty rough condition, with bangs and scuffs everywhere. The kitchen cabinets also need repair. It was nice to have the 4 bedrooms, with the 3 beds in one of the rooms, but at least our bed in the front east room was not comfy, as it sagged toward the middle. I think this could be a really nice place if it was fixed up, and if they added supplies in the kitchen, and cleaned the floors.

Very clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Very well kept. Little skimpy on towels but was a great visit and lots of room with private bathrooms.

The house was nice and spacious, but the tv remote in the family room didn't work, and there was no remote for one of the tv's upstairs. The host didn't respond when we reached out multiple times. Water pressure was low in the showers.

I rent 3 or 4 VRBO's per year. This may be the first time I've posted negative feedback on the site since most little issues are better handled privately with owner. Don't get me wrong-I would actually stay in this rental again. The bedrooms and beds are great. The game room is so much fun. Plenty of space. But I feel obligated to let other renters know that the owner cuts corners. Some are small and I would have let go. But when one of us got stuck in the back yard because the latch is broken on the door, I needed to be open. The sinks were clogged. The garbage disposal was clogged. There really are no hangars or hanging space in all but one bedroom. The air intake filters are so clogged that they sucked in the grates. Dirty coffee cup in cupboard. No dish towels. Be wary. Also, fyi, they tell you where you can't park (streets and grass), but don't tell you where you can park other than the 2 spaces in the driveway.

We rented this house for a multi-generational get together for the UTampa graduation. It was located south of downtown / campus, but easy access to the highways, bayshore drive, parks, and bridges to head to the beach or St. Pete. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. This house size was perfect for several adult couples. The bedrooms are upstairs, but have individual bedrooms (2 rooms with kings, 1 room with queen, and 1 room with mutliple beds). The bathrooms are updated, well stocked, and easy access to all the bedrooms. Downstairs, there is a super fun game room with ping pong, shuffle board table, foosball and darts which gave us plenty to do when the family was hanging out. The kitchen is stocked enough for light cooking and snacks. There is an outdoor covered porch and a grassy backyard allowing for more space to be together. No pets, though. There are also rules about parties and noise in the rental agreement so make sure you read them before booking if you are planning on renting this as a party-house. We loved this VRBO for location, convenience and comfort. Thank you.

When we arrived unfortunately the house did not give me the same feel as what we saw online. There was debri on the floor in the kitchen, the couch downstairs was dirty, the idea that there was only one towel and washcloth for per guest for a stay from Wednesday to Sunday was unbelievable, and having almost no access to closet space was very crazy. We were here attending a conference using business attire most days and to go to closets in bedrooms and all were locked except one seemed a bit much. The pictures of the home, indicated their were 2 rollaway beds, but there was only one set up in one of the bedrooms. The location was good for the convention center access.

Great location, communication, and clean!

We had a later check in to where we arrived really late from an 8 hour drive. Vrbo was unable to contact property for key code to get in. We were left stranded with no where to stay and had to find last minute accommodations. Manager said we came late which there were no rules in that. Manager also stated that they sent code for access but unfortunately we never got a code which we explained. They did offer us the next day fo come in after myself and Vrbo tried to contact multiple times up to after 3am sitting in the drive way but after the check in experience we did not want to chance it.

Very nice property in an excellent location!

This house was the perfect house for our family holiday gathering. Plenty of space for everyone and had fun games to play in the evening. The neighborhood was great for walks in the morning. It is also near a grocery store, Target and a Wawa. The only things that I noticed was that the carpets while cleaned were still showing stains and the lights weren't working over the TV area. But other than these two things, the house is good for someone visiting the Tampa area and wants to spend time with family.

Overall, we had a very good time at this house. Carpet throughout house are stained and need to be cleaned. Coffee maker didn't work but the tea function did for some reason. We needed to borrow a workable coffee maker from my daughter. Also, house only had 3 spoons. As stated earlier, the house was great for a family together even under the circumstances. I'd recommend a family using it for any occasion.
