We have a large family and the house was roomy enough for everyone. The location was great. Management and owners were very accommodating. Wonderful memories were made!

It is located in a quiet little subdivision. The management company was very friendly and quick to respond to questions or concerns. One of the a/c units stopped working on a Sunday and the repairman was there in less than 30 minutes! I would definitely stay here again.

With 11 adults and one baby, the Sandy Beach Blessings house was perfect for our stay. This unit was immaculate, the perfect size, and a perfect distance from the beach access. The only thing that we would recommend is a golfcart for the unit, so transport to the beach is easier. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!

Location was excellent. Communication upon arrival and departure were excellent. I do wish there were bicycles or a golf cart available to ride to the beach although there is a parking lot directly across from the street entrance.

The house is beautiful. All the bedrooms are nicely furnished. The kitchen is great, especially the commercial ice maker. The views off the deck are outstanding. We used the outdoor kitchen/grill. It was a perfect location and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Our boys consist of 4 cousins who all graduated HS in 2023 And have spent most summers together in Pensacola since they were babies. We wanted them to share potentially their summer together in a magnificent place. This house did not disappoint . It was clean, beautifully appointed, and gorgeous view. It will be a time we all remember .

We did have a good view of the lake side since the house on opposite side not yet built. Unfinished garage and mud room was quite muggy with no A/C vent.
