Reviewer Comments: This is one of the smallest rental homes I have been able to find in palmetto dunes, which is perfect for my family, along with the awesome beach access. We were disappointed that the steps to the dock were not usable due to storm damage right before our stay. A heads up prior to our arrival would have helped with that. Although we knew in advance, it is so crazy that the pool is unheatable after 10/1. Having a heated pool in the fall would be amazing.

Short stroll to the beach, people in this area usually respectfully of each others space at the beach and don’t pile on top of each other. Screened in pool and close to the house makes it much more enjoyable.

Recently there has been some new furniture added and the property sits on the edge of the lagoon which is a quiet little getaway. There is plenty of room inside and the kitchen is well equipped. Walk across the street for easy beach access. This one has everything we look for during a vacation.

Its like visiting a hotel. You have to do the basic pieces well for an overall good experience.

The kitchen is wonderful with lots of utensils, plates, glasses and pots. The star of the show is a great pool and hot tub. Lots of chairs and loungers. Our granddaughter played and swam all day. The house is set back from the road and offer lots of shade and privacy.

Beds could be improved and the ceiling fan appeared to be falling off the ceiling in the living and might have a bit of mold on the ceiling near the falling fan. Other than that is was a great spot.

The only thing that may cause me to not stay again is the beds in the master and front bedroom were way to firm and uncomfortable for my families preference.
