Featuring an approx 3,400 square foot open floor plan with a delicate pairing of modern and contemporary playing nicely with the earth tone colors which carry throughout the entire house. Casa Malca offers 5 bedrooms and 4 baths and a bonus casita turned game room. Entertain with style in the open and spacious floorplan for living and entertainment space for everyone. Kitchen boasts newly installed stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops and is well equipped with the supplies you need for creative cooking with your family & friends or to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or tea. There is also a large breakfast bar that overlooks the living and dining areas. Privacy and comfort await in the secluded Primary Suite that is tucked away on the opposite end of the home offering a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom which includes a double vanity, soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer king beds and a 1 queen + 1 twin bed await in the 4th & 5th bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with Smart TV’s and comfortable and soft linens for a restful night (sleeps 12).
