~Private Home w/ Pool~ 3Br/3Ba ~ Sleeps 8!

This was a great stay, and I would definitely book this property again! The only complaint was the property’s bathrooms could be a bit cleaner’s. Otherwise wonderful!

Our stay in Destin was amazing! The home is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The pool was very nice. Our only issue is that the plumbing was draining a tad bit slowly. Overall, we had a great day and would definitely return again.

The bunk bed room is seperate small room about the size of a closest in the upstairs hallway but worked fine for our teenage neice. Plenty of towels & washcloths in each of the 3 bathrooms. Home was very clean. It is not very modern but was fine for us. The pool is awesome & it was cleaned twice during our week stay. The only down side to this rental was the road noise on Holiday rd that ran right next to the home. Large amount of loud traffic until very late at night but would not keep us from returning.

Our stay was excellent. The property was advertised perfectly and it was very convenient to the beach and all other amenities. We will be back.

The house was centrally located about a 12 minute walk to the beach to get to the public access. Golf cart rentals are literally right there if you don't want to walk, but a nice scenic area to be in. Very comfortable home with a grill and fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need! Extremely clean home with plenty of room to spread out. The TV system they have was a little off, as Cox was having some troubles and 3 out of the 5 in the home weren't working for the week. But thankfully they really weren't being used anyway. The bunk space was nice but mainly for kids kind of tight fit for an adult. Having the pool with all of the lounge chairs and table was so nice with plenty of privacy. Being on the main road you can definitely hear traffic in the bedrooms so not much sleeping in past 7am if you are not a morning person. We will definitely be back again!!!

The downside for me is other places would have the pool cleaned at least once a week and it wasn’t cleaned during our stay would’ve been nice to at least have a skimmer to clean up debris. Our dryer stopped working three days before departure and put us in a mad rush to get laundry clean once it was fixed as it took a couple days. Again, unexpected no one’s fault just hoped for quicker turn around. I would say it’s 15 minute walk not 10 to the beach but again worth it. I would’ve liked a list on fridge with check in and out details. I know they are sent in email just makes it easier to have at hand and easy glance. Destiny Beach Properties were quick to respond with al questions and concerns. We plan to stay here again next year

The pool was the highlight of the house, refreshing and cool especially after a day at the beach. We will definitely stay here again.
