Located on Vail Mountain, between Vail Village and Lionshead Village, you can easily walk to the ski trail above the Eagle Bahn Gondola, and to all the shops and restaurants in Vail Village. Everyone will remember the location in the woods, the warmth, and the amazing bunk room. The large deck off the living room has a private hot tub and gas grill. The other side of the duplex is separate and not part of this rental.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a really amazing time in the house. Very close to Vail Village and Lionshead Village. The house have everything you need and pretty much space for a big family or two families. The Vail Management always gave a great service during the stay. Higjly recommended.

The house is beautiful and the kitchen is very modern! The outside deck had lots of privacy and we used it frequently. We only used the master bedroom but the other bedrooms looked very nice. The location is the best part for a summer visit. You can walk to either Center Vail or Lionshead in just 10 minutes. There are great restaurants and shops in both locations as well as gondola rides and bike rentals.

Stayed Apr 2, 2025Classic Vail house with comfortable living spaces. Kitchen was very well equipped. Boot/ski room was very well designed and functional. Easy walk to just above Lionshead gondola and 10 minute walk to home. All the bathrooms are small and very dated. Hot tub small. Lots of stairs which is not obvious from specs on website. My handicapped wife could not have stayed here. Fortunately she decided not to come with us. Overall though, we enjoyed the house and location. I would rent it again.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025House has many bedrooms on 4 different floors. Get used to lots of walking up and down the stairs. You enter on the basement level where there is a mudroom for skis and equipment and a large room with 6 bunk beds. Up a few steps from the bunk room are two full baths and a laundry area with a skin and modern Samsung washer dryer that worked well. Up 2 short stair landings are two bedrooms with en suite baths, then up another flight of steps are the kitchen and living room and terrace. The LR has a wood burning fireplace. There is a nice hot tub on the huge wood deck. Another flight up from the LR is another smallBedroom with en suite bath and finally another short flight up from there is the large master suite and bathroom. Everything looks to be about 30-40 years old.but is very functional. There is great water pressure and ample hot water. Negatives:Too far to walk to any lifts. You could take a left at the end of the driveway and walk about 1/3 mile to a dead end where you can ski down to the gondola. This is NOT officially allowed and if ski patrol sees you they will scold you or worse. Otherwise I suggest anyone staying here bring or rent a car. You CAN walk to the village. That’s about 1/4 mile. So, it’s not the newest or largest home and there are lots of stairs, but for the price, you can sleep a LOT of people comfortably and everything works. Love the great water pressure!! That’s a rarity nowadays.
