Kimberly was a fantastic host—very responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The location was great and felt like a home away from home. Stayed Sep 4, 2024This was the perfect property for our family that included 6 adults and one child. It is just as described. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the beautiful view of the river. The location is fabulous on the river and a good driving distance for day trips to Homer and Seward. Highly recommend this home if you are looking to stay in Soldotna.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023This was a property that did not disappoint. The house was exactly as it was listed. It provided every amenity we needed. Close to town, grocery store, breweries. The access to the river was wonderful. Appreciated the spacious house with attached garage so we were able to keep all fishing necessities outside. We are hoping we can return to this fabulous property.
