Great family pre-holiday trip to this home. Plenty of space for 4 people (2 young adult children), beach wagon with chairs worked out great for the short distance walk to the beach. Bikes used to ride around the local streets and to the Pickleball park (just need an air pump for tires and balls).

I've visited many homes in my travels and never come across such a neat layout as this house. Open the front door and you enter the screened courtyard with pool, of which the rest of the house surrounds it. I may not have described this well enough. Suffice it to say this is a nice home to vacation in. Spacious and each bedroom very private and I can say our mattress very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, they have a great grill and outside table that's under cover (in the shade).We had minor issues and contacted the property manager who replied immediately and had someone at the house right away. I was impressed with the property manager. Although I did give 1 less star in the review for check-in. The reason is they request you to stop by their office a few miles away to pick up a sign-in package. It's just the garage door opener. Which you then have to drive back after staying to return. This isn't necessary and a waste of our time.However, the location of the house is perfect. It's in walking distance to one of the main beach access paths. It's also a block or so away from a plaza with two great restaurants, a very good ice cream store and bar. All of which we tried and recommend.Long story is we all said we enjoyed staying at this home. I would definitely vacation here again. Thank-you to the Owners.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. By far the best location and set up for multiple adults. Highly recommend this property.

I believe there is always room for improvement in business, but this property is very close to perfection. From the outset the three of us were impressed. Property was in good shape, clean and in a GREAT location. Enjoyed the bikes on a daily basis (could provide us with a tire pump...minor inconvenience as the 7-11 is close with air). Beach was an easy 150 yard walk with all amenities included, wagon, towels, buckets, chairs, umbrella, everything. Listing says single car garage but the garage had motorcycles in it so we could not use it. Neighborhood was peaceful & it seems VERY safe on the island. Did not have to contact the management company, NO NEED. Guest house was used by my special needs daughter...very safe. I'm telling you, clean, safe, awesome location & Stonewalls was very close for a simple good affordable meal. Keep up the good work & we will be back!

The layout of the house is amazing and the outside area with the pool is everything you would want in a vacation home. Everything from the pool to the landscape surrounding it makes the outdoor so serene. The house itself was very spacious and well stocked. Everything was so clean and smelled amazing. The location is everything you would want on the island. Walking distance to the beach access as well as restaurants and Marco Island mini golf. Truly the best stay we’ve had on Marco Island.

It's an oasis. All three bedrooms are very private. The location is perfect with a nice mix of nice restaurants and fun hangouts. And the beach access is right across the street. That's key if you want to walk to the beach. Definitely going back!

The garage is filled with beach/pool toys, coolers and chairs. I will say, with every year the bedding has become grungy and worn. I also have to clean parts of the house better.

Hard to understand how cool this places just by the pictures. You open the front door to a screen enclosed courtyard with pool and spa surrounded by the main house and guesthouse, it’s pretty spectacular. Two blocks from public beach access. One block from great restaurants. What a perfect stay! House is equipped with most everything you’d need. The place is clean, beds are comfortable. Andrew the property manager was extremely prompt responding to emails and messages. My one gripe is all of the bikes were in disrepair, and on a small island like this biking around can be really fun and convenient! We managed to get two bikes into working order, but then found there are no locks so we gave up. Minor inconvenience, and certainly didn’t ruin anything. We very much plan on coming back, my Dad was already looking ahead on the booking calendar for next year!

This house is beautiful!! Perfect setup, location, accessories.. Beyond 5 stars. It has everything you need and more. Two toilets needed attention while we stayed, and they were fixed promptly!! Very impressed with the overall service and house, will definitely stay here again and recommend to those looking to stay on Marco Island.
