BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Maximum 4 vehicles. No passes required for this property. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    The proximity to the beach was great, it was just a short walk. Upon entering, it was the cleanliness that was an issue. The floors were not cleaned, black chunks of something was evident. Hair was on the sheets as well as what looked to be cigarette ash on a bedspread. The pool was not cleaned, sand and rocks on steps and bottom. After I called and complained, Roger arrived 2 hours later. He was polite and mopped the floors and changed all the sheets. Our first day there was basically wasted because of this. The pool service arrived 2 days later. This place needs the landscaping trimmed in the backyard area. Palm tree branches were in front of the screen door and need to be cleared. I do have pictures if management would like to see the floor and sheet issue.

    Nice location. Had some problems with initial access. We were given the wrong door code but management company were easy to reach and responded quickly. Property is worn and in need of renovation. We stayed in July and the pool is very warm because it’s so small.

    We enjoyed the property. It was a great size for our family of 7. We enjoyed having the pool in the backyard. The beach was a short walk/drive away. Easy access to all the things Gulf Shores has to offer. It was an easy drive to Pensacola to watch the Blue Angels.

    Home was comfortable. Pool was nice. Would have been better if it were heated. The property grounds need attention. Lattice needs to be replaced to secure pool area. Did have a few problems that were all resolved quickly. Would stay at Beachball properties again.

    We enjoyed our stay! I was concerned after reading some of the reviews but happy to find that they updated the sofa and added some chairs at the pool! Lounge chairs would have made for 5 stars! Loved having a crockpot on hand because we like to cook our own food when possible! Short walk to the beach and the pool was perfect on the cooler windy days!

    Loved staying here with a large group. Excellent location, pool was great to cool off in! We will definitely be back. Yes the couch needs to be replaced and didn’t use couch bed because looked in very poor condition, but we still had plenty of room to sleep 11 even without using it. This was our first time for Gulf Shores and we cannot wait to return!

    We had a great week at this property! The owners were so helpful if we had a question and the neighbor who lives next door was very friendly. She took our garbage out the day we forgot and dealt with us being loud all week. It’s very close to the beach which was nice and it was very clean. Two things I would change is having more light at the pool. We could only find the one red light so it was hard to see at night and there was no pantry for food. We had to empty out one of the cupboards that had cups in it for our food and snacks. Other than that, it was great.

    Overall home was accurate to listing. Home had all you should need, just needs some cleaning on outside & an additional exit from house for safety. Pool was very nice but too many using it to wash off sand instead of hose pipe, so you then constantly feel it swimming even after PM had someone come clean it.
