Stayed Jun 22, 2024This is an amazing property! Very clean and comfortable that you felt like you were home from the moment you stepped inside. The description is very accurate and everything you could possibly need is available. The beds were excellent and we all slept well all week. The couches were also very comfortable and allowed our family of 5 to sit comfortably for movie nights together. The location is amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and just a 2 minute walk to the village and a 10 minute walk to the beach. You didn’t have to drive anywhere, which is a plus because trying to find parking at dinner time in the village can be very trying. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend!!

Stayed May 25, 2024This is a perfect place to stay on Siesta Key. Easy walk to village and beach, well equipped with towels, beach toys and carts. We rode two of the many bikes. The pool and hot tub are heated and part of a great outdoor space. Randy is kind and helpful. The house is a wonderful retreat!

Stayed Feb 6, 2024The property is beautiful with all the amenities of home. Had a few minor issues and our host, Randy, responded immediately to resolve the problem. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. Super convenient to the village.

Property owner has provided everything needed for enjoying the beach or the pool as well as the property itself. We will definitely try to stay here again!
