Stayed Nov 7, 2024The house was nice, plenty of space for our family. The check in process was a little complicated. The drive at night was a little challenging as it's located about 12 miles from Nashville in the woods. The location was secluded and quiet. The house was clean with the exception of the dog hair on the lower bunk bedspread and a smell of cigarette smoke in the third bedroom. Not much was included in the stay, no soap in the bathrooms/showers, and no firewood for the firepit (these items have always been provided when booking through VRBO). For checkout, we had to wash the dishes and put them away, strip the beds lock the house and return the key to the rental office. While i appreciate the need to take care of your property while we are there, we pay a cleaning fee in the cost of the house. There was a threat of charging our credit card if we didn't follow the departure rules to the letter. We enjoyed the area, touring Nashville and all it had to offer was great. We might return, we will definitely look for a different property management agency.
