Private Hilltop Ocean Views, Cathedral Ceiling, Fabulous Game Room Near Newport!

We really enjoyed the property, little disappointing while we were there the fireplace did not work, but the radiant floor heating was wonderful warm on our feet. We also expected a HotTub, it was just a large Bath in the master or at least that is what I assumed, as there was not Hottub. Home is easily accessed and so close to everything. We would certainly return.

The home was very clean and welcome to guests. My family stayed for the weekend house was well stocked and was clean. I would definitely stay there again. Water was the only issue if there was one, but it was not a surprise and was clearly stated but there was fresh water provided, and we brought bottled for drinking but cooking and showering was not an issue because it is well water and that is what you get. Overall value was great with a nicely presented home and had TV's and games to play and billiards as well which is a lot of fun.

Lovely property, really clean with a well stocked kitchen for a group of 6. Over all a good stay with 1 issue. The well water has a very distinct odor of sulfur. After the 1st day, we elected not to shower at the home and were grateful we were only there 2 nights.

Everything was great, except the water….. hot water smells bad , really really bad

Huge house, felt private. Wish the deck had a little shade cover. The biggest problem was unfortunately the well water has a sulfur smell. There’s plenty of brought in jugs of water but the well is slow and water conservation is important.

Great home and location. Was perfect for our family.

The space was great - plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms and the main kitchen/dining/family/living room area was well laid out with a nice ocean view. However, the kitchen appliances need attention. Only one burner on the stove worked, and not very well. The toaster only toasted bread on one side. Last, but not least, we had quite a battle with flies inside the house. We must have killed 50 and could not figure out where they were coming from - that should be easy to fix.

The dog durable flooring and comfortable layout of this property are wonderful. The view is amazing and the amenities are all serviceable. A good portion of the kitchen equipment is damaged and old so if you plan on cooking you may want to bring your own. The home was mostly clean but there were lots of visible cobwebs and dust on the walls and light fixtures. The property management provided plenty of drinking water which was very appreciated. The water cistern outside looks a little scary with a bottle of bleach sitting next to it. The property is on a well so the water situation can't be helped but cleaning the area up would add a lot to the curb appeal.
