Great house The best pool and back area we have had yet!!! All of our family was truly impressed with the complete stay... You can tell the owners really care.

Paradise Point was paradise! The home had more than enough room for our family. The pool area was the favorite of the entire family. The younger children were able to swim & watch TV while the adults enjoyed the relaxing hot tub. We played several games of beach pickleball, bags, & putt-putt golf. The view from the pool was amazing. We even had dolphins visit several times! Trips to the beach were just a short walk away and everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect for shopping as well as close to wonderful restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet. All of our questions were answered immediately. We will be planning a return trip!! Thank you for a spectacular & memorable vacation!

This house is was absolutely perfect! We had 4 couples and 3 teens. We loved that each couple had a king size bed! Also, the location is absolutely perfect! Its just a short stroll to the beach and on the best lot of the bay! We had a few very minor issues (equipment that was listed was not there) and the property host Lindsey sent new ones right away. Also, the bottom floor dishwasher wasn't turning on and they sent someone over for that. It was not able to be fixed but we still had the 2nd floor dishwasher had we needed it. You never know what can go wrong in a rental property but how it is handled is what matters and every time Lindsey went above and beyond! Our family would and will 100% stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

Property manager and owners were awesome. They went above and beyond . This home was outstanding for a big group. Outside area is something u dream of .

We had reunion with children and grands, group loving fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle board, pool, and beach. All activities met at Paradise Point, with bringing some of our own gear. We teams of family doing different games to gain competitive points against one another. Hone was clean, great quality, and we took care to leave it that way. Thanks to Lindsey and Chris who was responsive to needs as they arose. Loved area. We are Marriott owners and felt well taken care of.

Excellent reip. House was perfect for 12 adults and 13 kids. Plenty to do and see.

Truly amazing; it seemed we found something everyday to be unexpectedly available/provided!Our concierge-contact was always helpful (as in when we couldn't get the hot tub heat going).The pool area is so wonderful that most decided to just take a pass on going to the beach.It surpassed anyplace we had ever stayed before!

We had 4 sponsors and 13 teenagers here for 5 days for these kids senior trip . They had a blast , the house was perfect for keeping them entertained when they were done at the beach . They were outside , off their phones and soaking up all the perfect weather we had ! This place is absolutely perfect !

It’s a very nice property. Everything was in great condition.We have had our family reunion for forty years in a row , except for one year during Covid. It’s always been at a beach house until this year. Several members weren’t happy with not having direct beach access. This will probably lead to a change. If this house was on the beach we would likely be returning.

Loved absolutely everything about the property! They had everything we could’ve needed, beach toys, chairs, cozy beds, clean space, great showers, an ice maker, just a short walk from the beach and so much more! We absolutely loved our stay in this spacious home! The hosts and concierge were so helpful along the way, thankful for all the assistance during our stay!

Celebrated father-in-laws 95 birthday with entire family (18). Excellent house set up for all of the families and kids. Beautiful location on inlet with close walk to beach. Lots of activities (toys) for all to play. Perfect time with our family. Host was excellent and easy to work with at anytime.

We stayed at Paradise Point for a family reunion. The house and location were amazing! Super clean with great access to the beach. We enjoyed using the pickleball courts, pool, and kayaks. The kitchen was well stocked. We would highly recommend this house or any rentals that are owned by Bailey Vacation Properties. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this is the best one yet. Lindsey was highly responsive to any questions we had. Loved how close it was to the beach and other local shops. We were a group that ranged from 3yrs-72yrs and there was something for everyone to do. We hope to be back!

This amazing vacation home deserves 6 stars!! I can't say enough about it. We stayed for 6 nights. Plenty of room for 18 adults and 6 children. The outdoor space was amazing and indoors beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds luxurious and the master bathrooms exceptional. Lindsey was very responsive. I highly recommend this property!

We loved staying at paradise point. Family came together for a beach wedding. The pool was everyone’s favorite! It was perfect! We used the cornhole boards, beach volleyball, even took the kayaks and paddle boards out. Saw dolphins in the cove while kayaking! Host is very response. With any questions, we were able to reach out and received response right away. Definitely will keep in mind for future family trips. We have already passed Paradise Point onto coworkers and friends after showing pictures!!

We stayed for 6 Nights and customers come in from 7 states. Plenty of room and unbelievable accommodations. Nice place to store your boat on water and also rented 2 jet skis. Highly recommend!!! Thanks Trey Gary

Our family of 17 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well designed to accommodate our individual family units. The kitchens are amply supplied. We also enjoyed the generous supply of beach toys and equipment. The location was perfect. We heartily recommend Eric and his properties … excellent owner and host.
