1101 Mallery Street was professionally remodeled in 2021 and has since been professionally decorated by Coastline Design Works.
You can walk to the beach at the King and Prince, the beach at Massengale Park,
and all of the restaurants, nightlife, and shopping of the Village and Pier.
Let's begin in the backyard. An extremely luxurious, heated, and cooled pool was added this year.
If you desire shade, custom umbrellas can be inserted into small holes inside of the pool.
The backyard also features a fire pit and dining area. This is all surrounded by a tall privacy fence.
Upon entering the elegantly designed home, you'll find a living room featuring a gas fireplace –
an ideal space to relax after a day of discovery on the island.
The premium kitchen comes with all new appliances, a gas stove, wine cooler,
and a water filtration system in the sink and wall unit. No sulfur/beach town water here!
The home is very well laid out. It has 4 comfortable bedrooms, including a private second master suite.
The first master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, a chair for reading,
and a gorgeous full bathroom with double vanity sinks.
The queen-sized bedroom has a large arched window, which receives excellent natural light.
This matches the arched wooden ceiling in this room.
The twin room is fun. Once again, there is a large window. Above it hangs a surfboard.
There are two twin beds and a wall-mounted TV.
The second master suite can be accessed through the home or through a separate entrance if desired.
It has a king-sized bed, its own climate controls, an en-suite bathroom, a wall-mounted TV, and a walk-in closet.
This secondary suite is probably the best we've seen in terms of offering privacy,
yet still being connected and accessible through the rest of the home.

This was the perfect house for our girls weekend! It was beautifully decorated, newly renovated, had luxurious touches and was in a great location - very close the village, a great coffee shop and the beach. We loved it and it was super comfortable. The management company was very responsive and helpful and did a great job with communication. We highly recommend it!
We enjoyed the house very much. I believe we were the first renters and would like to suggest hair dryer in each bath.
