Escape to serenity in your third floor private sitting room equipped with a mini-wine cellar, or enjoy the breeze on your gulf-view balcony. The kids and teens can enjoy a private bedroom with a queen bed, a full-size sleeper sofa, 42 LCD HD TV, movie library, video games, foosball, and a wide variety of board games. The walk-in level has a kitchenette with a full size fridge, sink, microwave and dining area, as well as a bathroom with a stand-up shower. The main level on the second floor offers that great central meeting area, conducive for planning out tomorrow's adventures. Enjoy a home-cooked seafood feast or an afternoon snack in the fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with eat-in bar. Watch a family movie on the 42 HD TV with surround sound or tune the entire house, pool and courtyard to enjoy your own music, direct from your iPod or MP3 player. This level also includes a private queen-size bedroom, perfect for the in-laws, and a bathroom with stand-up shower as well as full-size sleeper sofa. *Max 3 vehicles allowed: All vehicles park in driveway at a slight angle. To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RV’s, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Vehicle owners will be responsible for towing fees and HOA fines associated with exceeding the maximum number of vehicles allotted or defiance of policies.

Neptune's Nook is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nations large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

    House is in a great location. Had everything we needed. Check in was smooth. Communication with property management was good. But a few things need attention. It doesn't sleep 14 comfortably maybe 10. The pull out beds are horrible and need replaced. We actually had to go and buy air mattresses for the kids. A umbrella for table outside would have been nice. Most importantly the house was clean !

    Loved everything about this property & management. My elderly parents came from Canada & we wanted a comfortable yet impressive stay. The property had a main floor bedroom which was perfect. There was lots of things to do indoor & outdoor. Everything we needed was provided & my mother enjoyed cooking for us in the kitchen. Management company was very receptive when we reached out. The location was perfection. A few steps from The beach, coffee shop, Dairy Queen & restaurant. Highly recommend this property.

    This is a lovely, clean, beach house. It is on a busy corner but because of a wall of shrubs around the front you have privacy for the pool and sitting area outside. And the beach access is great! Just walk across the road and there you are at the private gate to the beach. Traffic was good about letting pedestrians cross too. The sand was very clean and white. And the water was the cleanest I’ve ever been in at the beach. Could see clear to the bottom! Having a couple of chairs and umbrella set up for us and waiting was a plus but know this, if you go after 3pm, you may not have a chairs and umbrella because they start taking them up by 3pm everyday. So if your going later in the afternoon you may want to put a bag or something in the chairs letting them know that you’ll be back. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us. There are a lot of stairs since it’s 3 stories so keep that in mind. We enjoyed everything and will return!

    This property is very clean and walking distance to the beach. Kids love jumping in the pool after a day at the beach. It came with 4 bikes, which we did not used. Overall great location! Great place to spend time with friends and family!

    This property is just across the beach which is big plus. Comfortable for upto 10 adults and small pool and sit out area is really good. Kitchen utensils are kind of okay. Property management group is excellent. We enjoyed our stay here.

    We came down for 4 nights with our kids (20 & 15) and they each brought a friend. The house was a perfect size to fit all of us comfortably. The walk to the beach was less than a minute and we really enjoyed our beach chair rentals everyday! Really appreciated the outdoor shower in front of the house. We’ve always stayed at condos prior to this trip and I don’t think we’ll ever go back.
