This is a fabulous 4 bedroom 3 bath home with a light and bright open floor plan. You will enjoy the new kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The dining table overlooks the pool area and seats 8. The primary bedroom en suite bathroom is spacious and luxurious with a tub and shower. The resort style pool and spa sits beside private covered seating and dining area with a grill. The laundry room is located on the first floor along with an additional refrigerator.There is also a ping pong table and corn hole near the pool. No smoking, parties, pets
There must be a minimum of (2) adults over
the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premise.

In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $15.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000.
