Private heated pool home with hot tub near beach, sleeps 10

The house was perfect for our family (grandparents, children and grandchildren) vacation - lots of room for everyone. The kids especially loved the pool. Kitchen was furnished with everything needed for cooking. Beds were clean and comfortable. The biggest surprise for us was the extra supplies furnished - enough to last the entire week (paper supplies, dish-hand-laundry soap, shampoo) - what an extra plus! It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but close enough to get to the beach easily. Matt was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Hot tub and pool both very clean. Kitchen had necessary items to cook family meals. Beds were comfortable. Close to many beaches, Disney and lots of local eats. Longdoggers was our fav! The Surfin Turtle was a great local ice cream shop.

The house was beautiful. We loved that towels were supplied and the kitchen was utilized to the fullest. We requested to come in earlier if possible so I understand trying to accommodate our requests but there could have been some more sweeping done for the sand in the home and the base of toilets needed a wipe down. Other than that the house was clean. Please note if you are not from Florida and the unit is not turned on well in advance to your arrival, it will be hot in the house until sun down. Roughly (79) until it had time to cool overnight. The host is quick to respond and if there are any issues, he sends a friend over to exam and assist if possible. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. It’s also nice to only do the bare minimum before living. No deep cleaning necessary but we did our best to make sure the house was presentable and sheets were stripped before checking out. This is a newer rental, I was told and you learn as you go. Overall our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

This house was perfect for our family gathering for our aunt and uncles 60th wedding anniversary weekend. Their actual party was at a venue 5 minutes away but there was 8 of us who stayed at the house. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was plenty of room to hang out outside and inside! The host was wonderful at communicating with me! I would recommend this place and definitely stay again!

Great house for couples! Nicely renovated tri-level home! We enjoyed watching TV in the comfortable family room, relaxing in the hot tub every evening under the stars, drinking our morning coffee on the screened in porch, and playing cards on the porch in the evenings (after our hot tub soak!)We enjoyed walking to the beach (20 minutes), exploring nearby Gleason Park, and watching the rocket launches from nearby Cape Canaveral.The owner was very accessible and responsive to any questions or issues that arose. We had an issue with the smoke alarms randomly sounding. Matt responded quickly, replaced the units and resolved the problem. If you are looking for a nice property close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood, this is your place!

The house was perfect for 9 of us. Close to USSSA Space Coast, enough beds for all of us, hot tub, pool, and laundry! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, etc that you will need. Toaster, Keurig, coffee pot, and microwave. The house even had additional items that you normally have to purchase, like a few extra toilet paper rolls, coffee filters, Dawn, towels for the pool, etc. That was extremely helpful.The host was very responsive and helpful. Check in was super easy, aka, I received a message the day of providing the pin to get into the house and that was it. Check out was just as easy and didn't require much - take out the trash and start the dishwasher. Will definitely stay here again!
