Stayed Mar 1, 20251 month vacation - very nice home and pool - well appointed kitchen - many extras provided, beach chairs and towels, outdoor seating. We have friends and family in Sarasota and house accommodates guests for entertaining. Great month!

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Despite Storm Debby, we had a wonderful time in Sarasota. Landlord Greg was there to help and advise us the whole time, thank you very much for that! The cute little house is equipped with everything you could think of and more. We also really appreciated the quiet and friendly neighborhood. From here you can reach the beautiful beaches, numerous restaurants and shops within a few minutes. Unfortunately, physically we are back in Germany, but in our hearts we are still in Sarasota Springs

Stayed Aug 18, 2023My family had the best time here. It was clean, quiet, and relaxing! The owner was so nice and easy to reach if needed! My kids LOVED the pool. We planned to book again this year, but the dates didn't work out!!
