Stayed May 20, 2024The only reason I rented the room was because it's show that it has a hot tub, pool, and bathtub. It doesn't have any of that. I went back home and didn't even stay. I was completely disappointed by major false advertisements.

Stayed Jan 16, 2026The room was clean and check-in was easy. I subtracted a star cause there were no towels. After a long drive all we looked forward to was a hot shower. They did offer to drop off towels in the morning, but by the time we left at 0945…..still no towels. Check out time is 11am. The only reason I didn't give a lower rating is that I know this was likely the cleaning personal. Otherwise was a quick, convenient, clean place to stop.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025We were there to explore the national forest by day without camping this year. The suite was clean and had everything we needed. The location in Visalia was near to anything we could have wanted - a sweet little town. We took daily drives through foothills and winding mountain roads surrounded by orchards and vineyards. Then returned to a shower and soft bed. Perfect!
