The property has fun amenities. The host was very easy to deal with and responsive.

We had an absolute blast staying here! Check in and check out were a breeze. We could easily get in touch with someone when we had questions or needed help. It was so beautiful and so spacious. The backyard was awesome and had everything you could ever want. We will definitely stay here again!

Very large and cool property. Some nice renovation in areas but needs more attention to cleanliness and house maintenance.

We very much enjoyed our time at this house. The pool, hot tub, sauna, sports courts, and other games added to our fun. The host was immediately responsive to any questions. A great way to enjoy Vegas just minutes from the strip.

This property felt like our very own private castle! The compound is beautifully done. There was so much space for our group. The sauna, resort-style pool, sport courts, and games, were all amazing and added so much fun to our stay. Property is close to our favorite Casinos and minutes from the strip. The host was great and responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

Our recent stay at this property was extremely disappointing, and it fell far short of the advertised standards. The home had numerous safety hazards and maintenance issues that made it not only uncomfortable but also unsafe.Major problems included extensive rot throughout the property, broken tiles, and poorly functioning doors, some without handles or knobs. The kitchen dishwasher wasn’t bolted down, creating a significant safety hazard, especially for children. The gates were loose or missing bolts, and the pickleball court had exposed iron pieces sticking out of the ground, further emphasizing the lack of attention to safety.Key features were inoperable, including the bar fridge, master elliptical, hot tub, and the AC/heater in one of the bedrooms. The shower door in a guest room didn’t work, and the master bathtub stopper was broken. To make matters worse, the stove and oven caused the house to fill with a gas smell whenever used.Cleanliness was also a significant issue. The house was very dirty, with jellybeans and debris found in the guest room and sloppy construction throughout, including messy grout, unsecure tubs, and scratched glass doors. The overall condition of the home was far from luxurious, as marketed.This property is not worth the price and fails to deliver on its advertised promises. We would not recommend this rental to anyone looking for a safe or high-quality experience.

The stay was amazing the owners were very helpful thru the stay as well .. place was very clean and spacious its honestly one of my favorite places i ever stayed at 5 stars !!!!

This place is like a mansion. Great privacy with big walls and gate. One of the largest pools I have seen and plenty of common spaces for large groups to spend time. Highly rexommend
