Stayed Feb 1, 2025We spent a month in this beautiful home. The kitchen had everything you would need and more. My husband and I enjoyed sitting in the screened-in lanai overlooking the lake, with plenty of wildlife. This is a 2 story house, so there are lots of steps, but, also lots of space. There was even an appointed office, which I used regularly. He even provided a printer. Joe was always available and easy to contact. The gated community was very safe and the neighbors were quite friendly. My one suggestion would be to replace the living room sectional. Other than that, this was a great home in a great location. Thank you, Joe, for sharing your home.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025Wonderful stay in a beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped home located in a quiet gated neighborhood. Just what we were looking for to give us a taste of winter in Southern Florida. It didn't get any better than sipping our morning coffee out on the screened lanai in 70 degree weather knowing it was minus 9 back home! Thank you Joe and Debbie for sharing!

Stayed Jan 6, 2020We stayed in this Sandoval gated community home for most of January and February 2020. The view from the lanai was spectacular with a beautiful lake and manicured grounds. The home was very large and well maintained with all the modern conveniences. We had wifi, a well-equipped kitchen, and several beautiful bedrooms upstairs with lovely views. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. We are happy to recommend this property!
