Private Fenced Yard, Hiking Trails & Hot Tub

We absolutely love the place, very nice vintage feel and the owner was very friendly. We would stay there again for sure.

This property is just perfect! Peter has it stocked with necessary items for a home and travel including sunscreens, a first aide kit with lots of extra bandages, coffee filters, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a full cabinet of spices to use for cooking and plenty of linens to enjoy the cozy 2 person hot tub. Peter was very responsive and the property was clean, organized and well labeled upon arrival. I highly recommend!

The location of this property was perfect for my wife and I. Our main reason for visiting Sedona was to hike on the trails in West Sedona. We used the sauna several times during our visit to soothe sore muscles. The house has all the necessary items to feel right at home and Peter was very responsive to our text & phone communications. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at this centrally located oasis. Thank you!

We love to visit different places in the south west and Sedona was wonderful. This house was very clean and well stocked with all that you would need. We stayed 5 nights. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to some amazing hikes. The hot tub was nice and well used. Grocery and restaurant were very close as well. It was a wonderful place and we would stay there again.

Upon my arrival, I was struck by the breathtaking beauty of the surroundings. The neighborhood exuded an atmosphere of serene tranquility, while the backyard was adorned with a magnificent array of pine trees, creating a picturesque forestry landscape.

Charming, comfortable home with terrific outdoor space both in front and back (fenced). In quiet neighborhood very close to trails. Dogs welcomed and space was very accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay, dogs enjoyed the backyard and looking out the living room window. Nice that we could walk out the door and up the street to some great hiking trails. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this place and the host is very easy to work with.

Super clean everywhere, quiet and Close to everything. Cute and great furnishings, the bed was comfortable and plenty of towels for the tub. Property well maintained and did I mention CLEAN. It was the best short term rental we’ve ever had. We will be back.

This home was perfect for our stay in Sedona. It's a lovely place and felt like home. My dog appreciated the fenced yard, and we loved how convenient it was to get anywhere in Sedona. I will definitely book this home the next time I visit Sedona. The property owner was very kind and responsive about any questions we had. Just as described! This was a perfect place for us and our pup. Comfy bed, ample kitchen , fenced backyard, hot tub and washer/dryer. Convenient location to trails and town. The best VRBO we've ever stayed in!!
