Private family home close to the beach, fishing and NAS

The stay was fantastic! Loved the house it was nice and clean and very home like. The kids had a blast playing with all of the toys and the outside play area.

What a great little house! Tastefully decorated, very clean, perfect for our needs. Loved the swing set in the back yard. Easy check-in. Great location for our stays activities.

Very comfortable house. Worked really nice for our family. Clean, everything worked, plenty of stuff in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Quiet development. Dogs next door made some noise but we only heard them in the late morning.

We have stayed in this house several times. The host is always very welcoming and responds very quickly to messages. The house is clean and stocked with everything you need, including stuff for the kids. The neighborhood is very quiet. Our family loves staying here on our trips. We usually have friends or other family with us (usually a total of 6 people) and we always have plenty of room without being camped in on top of one another. Will definitely be staying here again, hopefully soon!!

My family and I stayed for a week in this lovely house. It was a great location from all the beaches and stores. It was very clean and spacious and had a great play room for the kids. The host was amazing and if we needed anything he responded very quickly. Highly recommend

It was nice to be in a neighborhood, that is close to beaches and shopping without being in the middle of it. We drove to Perdido Beach, 15 min travel time and not a lot of traffic. The bedrooms were nicely placed to accommodate multiple family scenarios. Very well set up for children/toddlers. Play area, potty seat, and steps for them to use were most helpful! The house is spacious and clean. We would stay there again if the need arose.

Exceptionally clean and very nice sized house. We didn’t even use one half of the whole house! Had everything we needed and the host was very responsive when we had an issue. The house was within about 45 minutes of everything that we wanted to do/see.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice house to come back to after a full day of beach and activities. The host's recommendation for a beach close by was very nice. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. We took a walk one morning and bought an original painting at one of the neighbor's yard sale. Recommended property.

I give this home and the wonderful owner 100 stars! House was clean, beautiful, and welcoming. Owner went above and beyond with the things provided. I was really impressed. The only bad thing about my stay was checking out. I didn’t want to leave.

This was the perfect house for our family of 5. The neighborhood was nice enough to take walks. The fenced in backyard with the swing set was amazing! My kids loved it. We would definitely go back!!

Loved the home in a very quiet neighborhood. close to everything you need. Building a new Publix right down the road. Very close to NAS/Corry for Navy visits. House was nicely laid out and comfortable. Doors are a bit tight when humid, but nothing drastic. Would stay again. Thank you.

Perfect house for our brief family visit to Pensacola.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! They had so many fun things to do for the kids while we weren’t out and about! I loved the private backyard and the home was so cozy! Definitely want to come back for another stay! The owners communicated with us for anything we needed and that was a huge plus! If you’re looking for a perfect family stay THIS IS IT!
