The host was very kind and the house was nice. The pool was the best thing in the rental. The only drawback, the rental is divided in 2 cottages. Cottage 2 has a terrible odor in the hallway.

The property was amazing! Silvio was a magnificent host. We will definitely return.

The overall condition of the place was very shabby. The pictures online were from a long time ago. The paint on the walls was chipped and had spots all over. The floor was so dirty you could not walk around barefoot. The gas grill outside cottage 1 was filthy. In addition, it did not turn on. All faucets were leaking constantly. The refrigerator made things freeze in cottage 1. The gas fire pits were out of gas. The tennis courts were occupied by an event venue despite online the booking included the tennis courts. The disc golf was overgrown and could not be used. The sign outside says luxurious, but there was no luxury. The rooms were very mediocre. Under the sink was filthy.

My friends and I had a blast. There was 15 of us who were all able to have a spot to sleep comfortably. Property was perfect for what we were looking for. Pool, grill, pickleball court, lots of space and tables to hang out and play some games. Check in/out process was super easy and the owner was very responsive. Couldn’t recommend any better place for a large group of guys!!!

I was skeptical of the winter stay since there appears to be a lot more to do during the summer. But the pool didn’t disappoint. Silvio was very responsive. I very much recommend.

This trip was great and so much fun. Property entertained our large group. Kids enjoyed playing pickle ball and swimming in the heated pool anytime they wanted. Didn’t have any issues but anytime I reached out to Silvio the response was almost instantaneous and accommodating. We plan on making this a yearly retreat.

Host was very pleasant and helpful whenever needed. I definitely recommend to any group for a peaceful getaway. Pool was clean and just the right temperature. We were all very happy and will definitely be back again. Great property, great host, great service and a great time. Nicer than pictured.

The property exceeded our expectations by far. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. The accommodations were clean, well kept & very well stocked. There was plenty of room for our large family. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating and gave us full access and free range of his beautiful & expansive property & facilities, far more than advertised. The pool was clean & large and very much enjoyed. We highly recommend the host & his property. We would definitely stay here again.

I really liked the property, the cottages were very clean inside, the pool exceeded our expectations, the facilities for playing and including the equipment for the game were great. Communication with Silvio was excellent. I just want to recommend the following: clean up the surroundings of the houses a bit, they were dirty. Try to eliminate the bad smell at the entrance of the second house where the washing machine is located. In summary: I would rent this property again for a future family reunion.

The past few years we have had two growing families try different vacations. Campers, Hotels, etc. We chose this property due to the two cabins which allowed the two families to have their own space and the pavilion was better than we expected. Almost all our time was spent there. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group.

Silvio went above and beyond for our group of ladies! His property is perfect for a weekend getaway with endless possibilities for fun! The pool was a big hit, along with the campfire, projection screen, I can go on and on. The cottages were very clean and accommodating, he made sure to have everything you need and fully stocked. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful estate for a fun and relaxing getaway with friends and family. We appreciate everything he and his son did for us! Can’t wait to stay again!
