Stayed Mar 1, 2025The rental was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having our coffee by the pool.The neighborhood was quiet. Watching the sunset on the canal was amazing. We would definitely rent it again.

Stayed Jan 22, 2024Enjoyed the spaciousness of the house & separation of bedrooms. Clean house with comfy beds! Great stocked kitchen for cooking with a Mr. Coffee machine (grounds), toaster & Air fryer (didn’t use). Had coffee on the waterfront deck daily before heading out to explore. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and meeting daily with owners’ family member Mark ( next door).

Stayed Mar 2, 2023Property a bit dated (manager did email that renovations are planned). Assume line up for renovators is long after the hurricane damage. Would be nice to have kayaks and or bikes available

Good location on canal near Rumrunners, Cape Harbour, and Pincher's, Tarpon Point Manager Jean was very responsive to any questions. VRBO hosts, Trygve and Mark, were very gracious and accommodating. Stayed Jan 5, 2023We had a wonderful relaxing stay for 2 weeks. Enjoyed the outside patio everyday just relaxing watching the boats go by. Stressful time since we were there to pick up our belongings left after the hurricane but this unit made it so relaxful. Would live to stay there again. Jean was very helpful.
