We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. The house was clean, spacious, and everything we needed. Location was perfect - close to beach and other local attractions. The host was responsive and made the check-in process easy.

The house was very clean when we entered and some cleaning supplies were left for us including toilet paper and paper towels to make it through the stay! The property manager was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay!

Tomie was an amazing host. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Not much traffic and close to grocery stores/gas stations. I would definitely recommend.

The home was clean, cozy, and well thought out for a comfortable family stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for our group of ten, which made mealtime so easy.The outdoor shower was a big hit—everyone loved it! It was perfect for rinsing off and keeping the sand outside, which helped keep the house clean. We also appreciated how everything was labeled, from light switches to supplies—it made settling in super easy. Having all the bedrooms on one floor was another big plus; it kept everything centrally located and convenient. And the yard—absolutely beautiful. We loved sitting outside and just enjoying the space.Communication at the time of booking was smooth, and the hostess was very responsive during our stay. She even made sure the Wi-Fi was working when we ran into a connection issue, which we appreciated.There was a bit of awkwardness at check-in, but her husband was kind and helped ease the moment, and everything went smoothly from there.The grill was nice to have, but guests are expected to refill the propane if it runs out—I’d suggest having a full tank ready or including it in the price. Also, while the home is listed for 10 guests, keep in mind that two will be on an air mattress in the family room.Overall, it was a good stay, and we’re grateful for the experience!

Nine of us decided to have a girls weekend to celebrate my 60th Birthday. The accommodations were just as advertised, maybe better. Tomie was extremely responsive and patient, despite challenges with VRBO's e-commerce site. My birthday was the Saturday before Memorial Day and we wanted to distance ourselves from the Memorial Day beach crowds, and this property and its proximity to other beaches which were lovely and not crowded at all. Other resources, including grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants were no more than 8 mins. from our location.

This place is beyond beautiful! Huge yard to enjoy as well as a game room for everyone to sit and play cards and fellowship! We could not have been happier!

The house was nicely sized and open . Big island to hang out in kitchen and nice size den for games and late night hanging without waking the kids . Access to grill and patio for some outdoor dinners or lunch . Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house . Quick access to main strip with stores , restaurants and beach .

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of room for our family of 7! Only negative was difficulty using code to open front and back doors. Front door was a little easier. Despite the code thing we had a great time and would definitely come back! Ty!

We had a wonderful stay at this very clean and well supplied house. Great kitchen to make meals and a large dining area to feed a big group. Lots of yard for our 2 small pups. Short drive to Bethany Beach.

Mane’s place was very clean and centrally located to many beaches and activities in the area. The host was very helpful with all questions we had during our stay!

House is clean, brightly decorated. Plenty of room. Enjoyed our stay.

The house is as charming as it is inviting. It's small and easy to get around, while still having plenty of room between the three beds and three bathrooms. I especially like the big backyard, where we saw fireflies in the evening.

We took a quick getaway for the last of my graduating grand children. Everything was just as stated. Loved open concept. Centrally located for everything. Shopping all day resting at night. Owner is available and receptive to any questions.

The house was everything we expected and needed wonderful weekend..
