Stayed Apr 12, 2025We enjoyed staying at this cute cottage in Inverness. The location was perfect for visiting family as well as exploring the nature coast of Florida. We loved being able to fish off the doc and to kayak right out of the backyard as well as evenings in the hot tub. The house was very clean and comfortable and plenty of space for the 4 of us.We hope to be back on our next visit to the area!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025This house was absolutely perfect for my family of 5. We really enjoyed tge water access and used the kyacks a few times. My kids really liked the hot tub and we had a fire in the fire ring one evening. It was clean and although not large, it had everything we needed. The outdoor space was great. We spent time in crystal river and at weeki wachee. Both were within a decent drive. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. The hosts easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Wonderful stay, would enjoy coming back again.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024The property is up for sale, smelled like a wet ashtray, beer cans in the yard , yard is overgrown weeds everywhere , host said she couldn’t help us as owner has not responded to her in weeks, false advertising!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful three night stay. We got to visit family that lives right across the lake, and the house was adorable. The kids had a great time kayaking and hanging out in the hot tub. Kelly was very responsive/helpful with any questions we had, and the home was clean and comfy! Cattle Dog Cafe and the old school barber shop next door were fantastic! We will be back!

Stayed Mar 1, 2023I rented this place originally because my sisters and I were going to come to town to visit our father. Unfortunately, he passed a couple of weeks before our trip. Fortunately, this place still ended up being the exact thing we needed while we were in town for the service. Easily accessible to Inverness was a big help. The house ended up being an oasis where we could connect, relax, and have a safe place to process and be with each other. It really was fantastic, and even though it was a tough time while there, the house was a welcome place to retreat to where we could be together. Everyone I connected with about the rental was available and supportive. I so appreciated being there. I would absolutely stay there again if heading back into town.
