This is the place to go if you want to relax and unwind. The dock was amazing, and it was a short walk to the beach. I would recommend buying groceries in Port St Joe. Lovely home

This cozy home was a perfect fit for us two couples! Loved the dock to fish off of and being directly across the street from a private beach access was unbeatable, you got the best of both worlds with this house. The property manager was very quick with responses at any time we had any questions or concerns! We plan to rebook here and can’t recommend it enough! It was a little confusing the longer/rocky driveway and having another house in front of the listing when you pull in but other than that perfect!

It was fine for five days. A few minor things needed a little attention but nothing we couldn’t live with for a few days. It was clean and quiet. I wouldn’t want to sleep on the sofa bed but the 11 year old didn’t complain. The other beds were fine. I was a little disappointed in the lagoon, I thought it would be deeper and less muddy. All in all, I thought we got what we paid for.

Overall we had a nice vacation. Check in took about 20-30 minutes as the code didn't work on the door and we had to call out of hours support with Pristine Properties. But once we got through to them (after a long wait), they were able to resolve the issue. The house is a little dated, had a musty smell and some things were not very clean on arrival compared to other properties we have stayed in (e.g. the fridge wasn't very clean). We also had a workman at the property working on the decking outside for 2 days which was noisy and an inconvenience. The house is okay and it's nice to have the dock out the back. But the house could do with a little work. The sliding door was very difficult to move. Our kids couldn't get in and out on their own without assistance. The spring and latches on the screen door were broken. The decking on the kayak launch at the dock is broken and needs to be fixed. The mattresses on the beds are worn and not the most comfortable. Minor things, but with the issues we had getting in and the work/noise that we had to put up with they contribute to me not being able to give a higher review score (every other review i've submitted on VRBO has been 5*s) Overall, i'd stay in this area again (it's lovely and very relaxing) but i'll try to find a different property next time. Most of the issues were minor and could be fixed easily with a little effort. If it hadn't been for the access issues and the workman i'd have probably rated 4*.

House is in a great spot on Indian Pass, the view of the Lagoon was awesome! The walk to the beach was very short, and easily manageable with our stuff. House is well appointed and was clean on our arrival. I was very impressed with the management company Pristine Properties, kept us up to date and very responsive to the one problem we had. Don’t miss out on Indian Pass Raw Bar, worth the wait! Cons: - the beds were very uncomfortable - the front door lock, please change that thing out! Spent way too much time getting in and out - not dog friendly- I realize some may view this as a positive Overall I felt it was a great place and worth the price we paid

Great views of the bay and gulf. Small but friendly town. Very relaxing! Make sure to bring your own paper products, trash bags, and dishwashing and laundry detergents. House only came with 1 roll of TP per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 kitchen trash bag, and 1 use of laundry and dishwashing detergent for a week long stay with 4 adults.

Pros: Backyard is beautiful with a dock that you can fish off of and great access for kayaking. Right across the street from the beach. Very quiet area. Golf cart rentals allow you to drive the golf carts on the beach Tents and fires are allowed on the beach. Washer and dryer availability Cons: Check in was a little difficult because the keypad had a dead battery and there was no physical key, so getting into the property took longer than expected because we had to wait for assistance. The listing states that there is a fish cleaning station on the dock; however, it was not working on our visit. We had no cell service available (Sprint/TMobile) The wifi internet was not working and we reported this on Monday and no one was there to fix it until Friday We called on Monday to ask about getting some help with figuring out why no ceiling fans would turn on and no one came to help with that until Friday. The master bedroom mattress seems outdated and was very uncomfortable. Overall the property itself is very nice. We felt like the communication with the property management was not efficient.

This house was perfect for our family of 4. My husband and sons spent mornings fishing out back while I would head to the beach. The house was very comfortable and clean. The only inconvenience was that there was no microwave on the property! We just had to use the stove top and oven to heat food up which wasn’t a big issue but just seemed strange that a fully equipped kitchen wouldn’t have one!
