Private Dock: Marco Island Oasis 1 Mi to Beach!

First time staying at a house for vacation than the normal hotel stay and i was blown away. Location of property and cleanliness was superb. Definitely recommend this property to anyone to stay at.

This house was super clean, great layout for our family and had a lot of nice extra touches! The poolWas great and living areas super nice !

Clean and comfortable home. The screened in patio and pool was wonderful. Spacious area with large table for family meals and games and lounge chairs. Location excellent. Can walk to grocery store. Can walk to public beach access although it was long for my younger kids. Nice walkable area.

There was a minor issue with the house not having been cleaned for my arrival, but it was quickly taken care of. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. The house and location were great! Very spacious. The pool was heated and amazing with a nice view. Recommended and grateful for how helpful the hosts were on arrival.

Perfect location in the heart of Marco Island. Close to all of the restaurants, beaches, shops, and activities. Extremely clean and the pool was amazing! We have two children under the age of 3 and the house was perfect for them.

This home was so nice to stay in. It was exactly what my wife and I needed for a week of relaxation. It is so close to everything meaning the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Check in was super easy. When we did run into an issue it was very simple to get in touch with the property owner, who resolved the problem within the day. The pool out back was nice for an evening swim to cool off. The kitchen was great as we were able to cook when we didn't want to venture out (mainly for lunch and 1 or two dinners). The overall area was just awesome. If we wanted to go off the island Naples, Bonita Springs, shopping malls, and other areas of interest were no more that a 40 minute drive. You won't go wrong booking this home. One recommendation I will say say is Turtle Lot we found to be a little better than Tiger Beach for going to the gulf. It was alot quicker of a walk comparatively. Tiger Beach is about a 1/2 mile walk over beach sand to get to the gulf vs. Turtle lot with is much shorter over mainly sidewalk. I am a career firefighter so I am in pretty good shape, but lugging beach stuff (which is provided in the shed) is definitely easier over mostly paved ground vs sand. Overall we would definitely stay here again, and we most likely will.

We had a wonderful vacation in Marco Island. This property had everything we needed for a trip to the beach or just relaxing by the pool at the house. Would DEFINITELY recommend this property and would stay here again! There was plenty of room for my husband and I and two adult children and one teenager. We had a blast!

Perfect spot to gather with friends and family.House has everything you need for a beach vacation .Pool with water views ,was great to watch the sunrise.Owners are very responsive and we will be booking again for sure !

Very nice property, conveniently located near Tigertail Beach and away from the high-rise strip. Nicely laid out interior with an open living / dining / kitchen area with views to the pool deck and canal.

Nice property. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would recommend having hand soap in bathrooms.

We were a little unsure about being right on N. Collier Blvd., but this turned out to be a great location, just a 3-minute drive / 20-minute walk to Tigertail Beach [we did both]. In retrospect, we were very happy to be at the north end of Marco Island, away from the high-rises that restrict access and views to the beach and there were a lot of great shopping and restaurant options nearby. The house is nicely organized with an open floor plan visually connecting the living room, dining room and kitchen.... all with views to the screened in pool terrace and canal beyond. Very relaxing visit!

Accessing the property by U-turn is the only issue we had. Property was as listed

A group of us meet in Marco Island every year for a golf reunion. Finding this place was fantastic. Great location with a ton of amenities at a good price. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious home with easily accessible spots nearby such as the beach. Beds were so comfortable! Loved how detailed the owner is to detail. Highly recommended!
