We have stayed at this locations multiple times and it is always a great stay.

The location is great-easy walk to beach. Pool area is nice. The house and porches are lovely. Rooms are spacious and each has a bathroom. Check in was easy. The kitchen is fairly stocked. But, only 2 kitchen towels and no dish cloths. No oven mitts. No large pots. They leave you 2 tablespoons of dish soap. Nothing else. Two small rolls of toilet paper in 5 bathrooms. No cleaning supplies, no rags. When we arrived the toilets were brown and gross. We had to purchase a toilet brush and cleaning solution.All porches, patio furniture and outdoor areas were covered with dirt, leaves and pollen. Again, no way to clean them. I complained and nothing was done. My husband borrowed a blower from the construction guys NEXT DOOR to blow off all the decks and clean up so we could go outside and sit on the furniture.No batteries in any of the tv controls. We had to purchase them. No propane in the fire pit. The kayaks and paddleboard shown need to be rented. Ongoing construction next door 5 of 8 days w a crane (which beeps loudly every time they move it), extension ladders, sanders, drills, hammers, blowers and loud noisy men 8am-6pm. We were unable to enjoy any of the decks-the noise was awful. The pool area was also being painted-three workers talking loudly on their phones or across to each other. It was awkward to sit at the pool with them around and again, no peace. We were not told about the construction-we would have rented somewhere else.

Best location with 5 gated houses on quiet back street. Pool, lakefront, BBQ community area perfect to spread out with grandkids. Can walk or bike everywhere. Kitchen very well-stocked. House very spacious! Stairs and toting suitcases may be a problem for some. There is a quite expensive daily chage if you want to use the elevator. My only suggestion is that the housekeeping staff check all appliances between rentors as the washing machine was broken and unusable for whole week. The rental company was very responsive to the issue but it needed parts ordered.

A large, lovely home nestled in a quiet area just a few minutes walk from the beach. Large bedrooms and bathrooms and big porches on each level. So helpful to have a beach umbrella and beach chairs to use. If you stay here, you may need to pick up a roll of paper towels, napkins, and make sure to bring your own laundry detergent. We ran a load of towels halfway through our visit. Only negatives are we weren't able to access the ping pong area and the main area slip covers need a wash. Highly recommend!!

Property was just a nice as advertised! Check in was easy and the whole family enjoyed it. Location is remarkable.

We had the absolute best time at Grayton Beach during Spring Break! The location of the property is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! The house had everything we needed to relax and unwind after a day at the beach; just a perfect vacation! I'll be looking for another opportunity to visit the property and the community!!

This home is in a great location and within walking distance to the beach. Made us feel right at home with all the amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Love this place. Very nice and plenty of space for multiple families. Being on the lake is awesome and the pool is great too and not too crowded.

This is my first property review ever! I could not wait to tell you guys about this property! Let me just say, my entire party was in awe with this property! Everything was AMAZING! The king beds are so spacious and comfortable! Each floor had it's own balcony! The Master Suites Bathrooms 100/10! You really just have to see it in person! The property was well equipped with toiletries, dishes, blankets, ice and much more. My favorite thing about the house was the kitchen appliances! All the appliances looked as if they were built into the cabinets! The view of the pool and lake was just beautiful! There's also like a litte strip with shopping and food about 1/2 a mile away from the home. I really can't wait to come back! OCEAN REEFS, you guys are alright with me! My only complaint was that it rained that Saturday we were there, which meant no pool/beach time!

Starting the house is gorgeous! The location is perfect. It’s like two vacations in one. (Lake and beach) the house is new and still needs some items stocked in kitchen if cooking is your thing. Everyone had plenty of privacy. Draw back…we weren’t able to get into house until 6pm. Cleaning company was busting their tail to finish. The communication could have been better there, we would have gone out to dinner instead of waiting. Def need more than two people cleaning such a large house. Otherwise, the stay was amazing.
