PRIVATE CREEK FRONT - In Heart of Sedona on a 4 Acre Orchard steps to Oak Creek

This is a really special place. It was a great home base for hiking around Sedona with our young kids— such a warm and relaxing spot to come back to after long and active day with endless things (books, games, yard, playscape, swing) to entertain two kids under 6. I’ll never forget it, it’s a beautiful house and an amazing piece of land, we feel really lucky to have spent a few days here.

The property was amazing. Was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had every utensil that would need. It was a very nice and quiet area to just relax and enjoy nature.

Amazing property! So peaceful. The home was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable with plenty of towels and sheets provided. The kids were thrilled by the trampoline and creek access.

Home was exactly as described, host was responsive and helpful. We already planned another trip!

Our family with two children and goldendoodle stayed three nights and it's an amazing property. Four acres with orchards right on the creek. The house is cozy and comfortable and has everything you will need. There is a trampoline and swings for the kids and outdoor fireplace. You can walk to restaurants, shops and trails.

Everything was amazing . Best well stocked VRBO we have stayed in. Walking to shops and restaurants was perfect distance. Let bed the wildlife.

Loved the house and the property grounds. Didn’t feel like going anywhere because the grounds were so nice. Best place we have stayed.

Family visit in September. Five adults and two children. Perfect location, great privacy, room to roam for the kids and adults...orchard, creek, play area (swings, trampoline, etc.). Plenty of beds. Separate guest house was a nice addition for privacy. Good communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. My six-year-old granddaughter summarized: This place has everything I need—a trampoline, swing set, tree swing, and a creek to play in!

We loved staying here! The property is beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful. So close to everything Sedona has to offer. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The property was well maintained and had outstanding and beautiful surroundings that were in a private setting. The trampoline and swing were great for the kids along with the great hikes along the creek.

Gorgeous property, it feels removed from everything but just minutes to Tlaquepaque and other Sedona town highlights. Well-stocked kitchen, we cooked nearly every meal. So much to do on site for the kids- playroom with lots of toys, trampoline, swingset, pond with frogs and fish. Hope to visit again!

The house and property are so beautiful. Very quiet and relaxing.

This property is truly an oasis. We travel to Sedona for a wedding that was held nearby at the Creekside Inn. Although we hiked, biked, & played pickleball at Posse Park, we spent a lot of time relaxing in the gorgeous Creekside setting.We only cooked breakfast and found the kitchen well stocked with cooking and coffee making needs. I recommend adding a day or two to your stay because you will also hate to leave!

We'll be staying here again when we come back to Sedona. It was sad to leave. Amazing property and house.

Our family had an amazing stay at John's property. It's truly an oasis - the grounds are amazing. We didn't want to leave. You could easily spend your entire vacation without leaving the grounds, but there is so much fun to be had in Sedona. The house was clean, comfortable and homey - truly the best kind of VRBO experience. We felt instantly at home. You can't go wrong with a stay here.

The pictures really don't do this place justice. It's an incredibly beautiful property. Our group's kids (2, 4, 5, 6) loved wandering around, following leaves as they float on the small river into the fountain, walking down the stairs to the stream, ambling over rocks and exploring. The house is beautiful, the interiors comfortable, some toys there for the kids. Beds are comfy, the kitchen is super well-stocked. So much light coming in too. We visited during spring break and even when there was a rainy/snowy day we had fun just hanging out at the property. We want to go back! Highly recommended!

It was more than we expected and the property manager was excellent. To say it was magnificent and everything we needed for the stay is an understatement. I will make sure everyone my friends and I know about this destination.

My grandkids were thrilled with the playroom, playground, and trampoline—it kept them entertained for hours! It was also so reassuring to have the property fully gated, which gave us peace of mind knowing the kids could run around and play safely.One of the highlights of our stay was when it snowed during our visit. It was the grandkids’ first time seeing snow, and they were absolutely delighted. Watching them experience that magic was truly unforgettable.The back patio, with its stunning views quickly became our favorite spot. We spent evenings sitting outside by the patio heater, enjoying the crisp air and listening to the peaceful sound of the creek. John’s communication was top-notch throughout the entire process, making everything from booking to check-out seamless. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and are already planning our next trip back. This Orchard home exceeded our expectations, including those of our kids (ages 24-30). We waded and hiked Oak Creek, relaxed under the enormous shade trees, bounced on the trampoline, barbequed salmon, and enjoyed the wildlife. The wifi is terrific. Fortunately, the yard, creek, and orchard compelled us to put away our laptops and phones and enjoy being together outside.

Absolutely a beautiful property. Very well maintained, nice location and on the creek. A perfect 10. We loved it!
