Private cottage located on The Carriage House Inn Estate

Lovely Property. We enjoyed the delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies and the bed was wonderful. Would have loved a couple of extra pillows but otherwise an excellent stay!

Such a Quaint property with multiple individual cottages. ours was very thought out with everything needed to stay the night . Very clean and classy for a single room/bathroom suite.

Loved the location, the clean room with calm decor, great shower, and Netflix. Really like that it's a little secluded from the other cottages. Great walk to park and town! Will come again!

This is a great property! There’s a fire pit and axe throwing set up on property. Grocery store, antique shops, train depot, steakhouse, and diners within a half mile from the property. Also, quick access to Rich Mountain for hiking. Owners are great and go above & beyond for their guests! We will definitely be back for another visit!

The pictures are deceiving about the size of the property. The cottages, which are lovely, are behind the main house on a large corner lot. There were not many places open to eat that we would have liked. The fire pit in back made for a very nice end to the day. The cottage we stayed in was pretty, with a large wrap around deck, very clean, lots of towels, soap, shampoo and coffee bar. There's a microwave and small fridge/freezer.

The backyard is really cozy and well maintained. We ordered take out and ate it on the patio. Later we had sat around the fire pit.

The layout of the property was definitely very nice. The cottages are spaced apart very nicely leaving a unique atmosphere

Exactly as advertised. No other guests on property while I was staying, but there’s a very peaceful and pretty garden adjacent to the unit as well as a nice water feature in front.

Rider”s Den was perfect for us. The cottage was cozy, ,clean and comfortable. I loved the beautiful path leading to the cottage. All the beautiful landscaping made it feel like home away from home. And the cookie was a special surprise and treat. Thank you for providing us with such a lovely stay.

I have to travel to Mena for work and it is always a pleasure staying here. I recommend this perfect spot to anyone coming up to explore Mena's quaint town or use it as a central location for Jeep/ATV rides.

Wonderful place! First time to stay in Rider’s Den Cottage. My husband worked from there on Friday, & was able to sit out on the patio and enjoy the beautiful Spring weather, & the chickens visited while he worked! So fun!

This is our second time staying at this property. It's very clean and nice. And the property owners always leave a couple chocolate chip cookies. We will be staying here any time we come back to Mena

This is my go to place. I usually stay in the farmhouse but stayed in the small cottage this time. It is the most comfortable and safe place. I will be back next month.

This cottage was such a charming surprise! The space was clean and updated and well taken care of. Perfect for my overnight stay! There were chocolate chip cookies waiting for me and the nicest classical music playing as I entered the space. The outside area was picture esque and I may have snapped a few pics to brag to co-workers! Will def. Stay here again when in the area!

Very cool property, close to everything and the neighborhood was nice. Only negative was the property endorsed the Skyline Cafe which is only a short walk. The service was horrible, we ordered an omelette for each of us and still did not have it after an hour. Other than that everything else was perfect.

It was a much needed getaway. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Your place was wonderful!

It rained and all our plans got changed but we really enjoyed the little place we stayed. Host was super friendly. Little Italy II was an excellent place to eat in town. We will definitely be back.

The Ridere Den was wonderful and charming. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. There were fresh cookies on the table. We loved wafching yhe chickens, goldfish in thr little fountain pond and squirrels while sitting in the yard. We definitely will be back.

Loved your sweet little cottage and the beautiful grounds. Coffee every morning outside and loved the 5 little hens so much! We will definitely return for another stay soon.

1.The location is perfect for zipping around town. 2. Our stay was a Friday and Saturday so we can not speak to the rest of the week but on Friday night trains rolled through town all night and seemed to enjoy laying on the train horn. The location is several blocks from the rail roads but none the less was disruptive. 3. The only reason we stopped short of a complete 5 star review is at some point in time the Riders Den where we personally stayed appears to have had a leak, the floor is soft in an area or two and there is a definite musty Oder that bothered our allergies. The rest of the grounds were just fine, we did not enter any other part of the establishment so can only speak to the riders den but I suspect the leak/water damage was unique to our room.
