Stayed Jan 12, 2026Very nice house. Water temperature for showers was not very hot. All 3 shower heads had problems. Towels were a bit small. When we wanted to see if we could check in a bit early got an email saying we could check in early for an extra 25 per hour. Was told when we made a request BRN would let us know when house was ready. 25 an hour is a bit steep so we hung out in town until we were informed of the key code. Have stayed in many VRBOs before and never was asked for extra money to check in early. Just kind of disappointed in the check in. Other than that the house was great.

Stayed Dec 25, 2025The property was exactly as it was described. Plenty of space, terrific outdoor area, house was stocked with everything we needed - even toiletries. The neighborhood was quiet but close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again.
