Private Casita, 1 acre, large heated pool, BBQ, RV/Boat parking, Close to lakes

Host was welcoming and responsive to text and email. The accommodations were excellent. Large “Casita”unit with gated private entrance with remote. Clean and well maintained. Bathroom with large rain head shower.Fluffy towels. Beach towels for pool. Pool was clean and could be heated if requested. Modern kitchen well stocked with basic cooking - pans, utensils, dishes and silverware. Kitchen has granite countertops and island seats 3. LG washer and dryer easy to use. Living Room with large TV and leather couch and chair. Bedroom with King size bed that was very comfortable with luxury bedding. TV in bedroom. Location is well located off of 202 easy to get to everything in Mesa area. Will recommend to others and will be coming back again next year.

This was a prefect place for my husband and I. The host was very accommodating when we needed to adjust the length of our stay. The pool was perfect. The new dishwasher was nice and the new bed was super comfortable!! We loved that we were able to park inside the gate as we had a loaded vehicle from our travels into Baja. We will definitely want to stay there again on our next visit to Arizona.

The location was a little hard to find but once in the yard it was very quiet and secure. Outside the pool and grounds were quaint however an empty non operable hot tub was a tease. I would have preferred the hot tub over the pool. The Casita interior was small and efficient. Overall, the interior was a good build.There was no dishwasher, no bowls for serving, the cookware was worn Teflon pans (toxic) so I purchased a decent pan and left it behind for the next person, no towels or rags for the kitchen, the Keurig machine was almost dead, the TV remotes were almost out of power and difficult to use, water temperatures were dangerously hot, the master bedroom door does not latch so it cannot be secured at night, but the absolute worst thing was the bed. Eight nights of a cheap hard mattress that looks like it came from a discount store. The headboard banged against the wall when I sat on it as the box spring oddly clunked under my weight (225). I had to take naps in order to make up for the sleep I lost at night tossing and turning in pain. In my opinion the bed is prob the most important feature of a VRBO. If guests can't sleep what is the point in being there. We did have at least 1 awkward encounter with the owner who told my wife his last girlfriend had her name.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient. Not far from airport and close to restaurants and grocery store. Also not far from several trails, and other activities. We enjoyed the zoo and aquarium which were both about a 20 min drive. Grand Canyon was almost 4 hour drive but very worth it.

Beautiful casita with outstanding amenities. Pool, BBQ, fire pit in a nice neighborhood. Conveniently located to outdoor recreation opportunities, but close enough to city activities.The host was fantastic.

When I text to ask about pool being heated the owner informed me it would be an extra charge and I should have ask before I got there. He would not have heated pool in his advertising if it’s not included. I can forward all text communications if you need to verify.

Loved the private and secure gated entrance. Perfect little apartment with everything you need.

My family stayed two nights. It was the perfect amount of space for us. Everything was super clean! Great private location made us feel safe. Wyatt replied to messages promptly and was welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The bed needs to be updated

Great getaway spot, casita was clean and comfortable. We stayed for a weekend in January and were able to use the pool which was well maintained and very clean. Host was very accomodating and friendly.

Great little place to stay for a weekend getaway. Pictures don't do it justice, it's a lovely little casita!! Plus the manager was fantastic to work with and accommodated a late checkout.

The rental was very clean and comfortable. Its everything we needed for a few days stay. The owner was very prompt when we had a question. I will definitely be back when we visit AZ again

This Casita was ideal for my needs. Wyatt was a perfect host. He responded quickly to any needs or questions I had. The place is very clean with plenty of extras. The pool was heated as requested. Highly recommend this host and residence.

Listing was accurate. Loved the pool and the quietness of the neighborhood. Wyatt was very responsive when needed. Casita was very clean and had the amentities in the kitchen to cook a meal. Would stay again if the we were to visit Phoenix.

The casita was beautiful and cozy. The pool was amazing for relaxing and exersizing. Lots of bunnies and birds to watch. Great location near grocery store, lots of restaurants and movie theater. Host was responsive and kind. Would love to stay there again!

We had the best weekend away! Very clean, spacious, & with all the amenities! The pool was perfect, spent our days floating in the sunshine dreaming of moving to AZ! Definitely will be back!
