The check-in was easy and the host was very responsive.

Overall this is a nice place. Good location. Not far from shopping and the beach. Beds aren’t the greatest. Not all of the appliances work. Had some ants. Pool was challenging to figure out and not the most clean.

House was clean and exactly what it said it was very nice. Washer/dryer so loud you couldn’t run it when you were home. Stove shut off half way through breakfast. Dishwasher only cleaned if dishes were already clean. Shower in bedroom leaked all over the floor. Bench to the kitchen table was a board. Josie hold that many people you should have 2 ovens. Pool was green 4days into our stay and stayed the way until the end. Shower in master could have used either more shower heads or a larger one.

The house was very clean. The kids loved the pool, games in the garage, and outside sandy area with hammocks. Property manager was very responsive to questions.

We really enjoyed our week here. The kids enjoyed the pool and we spent a lot of good quality family time here. The pool and hot tub are nice but only one may heat at a time I have read some reviews that say the pool was hard to heat also it only gets to 88 Bec it's how it is. That's plenty warm enough to swim in . Any issues I had were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I really enjoyed the hammock!!

This house was great. Spacious and comfortable. Had everything you needed. Pool was amazing, stood there most of the time. Living room area was relaxing, everyone can lay down and watch movies or whatever. Had a great time.

Property was very nice, very clean. Pool was nice well maintained. Could use newer pillows, towels and washclothes. Also the couch needs to be replaced it is falling apart and was repaired with ply wood. Over all a nice vacation home.

We really enjoyed staying in this nice, modern and clean home. My kids enjoyed swimming in the nice heated pool and enjoyed playing pool and my youngest enjoyed playing in the sandy beach little oasis on side of house. Questions were always answered immediately. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

There are some things shown in the pictures that are not accurate. The small room off the kitchen, the fan is a very small desk fan and the TV is very very high. The shower is that room gets the floor wet so it is not really user friendly. The bedding needs some upgrades. There is no light in the living room over the couch and we could never figure out how to turn the lights in the bookcase on. They did install a child gate all around the pool for anyone with small kids, The house pretty much has everything you need but id suggest if you are staying for a week, bring extra TP and trash bags with you. They provide about 6-7 beach towels which is nice and they have a washer and dryer. The covered patio is perfect for playing games, cooking, watching TV and staying dry if it rains. The out door area didn't have a umbrella for the picnic table so it got very hot, we use one from the pool but had to get creative to make sure it stayed up bc the pin was missing. The out door beach area is beautiful to look at. There was only 1 hammock and it should be clean and or replaced. There was no dartboard. The sand, well that seems to be a place were 2-3 area cats hangout so ill just be carful if you plan to play in the sand. Overall I think it is a great house they just need to pay attention to small details, maybe review the pictures they posted, and address the beach area.
