Private Beach, Pool, Perfect!

Made me want to move to Pensacola Beach permanently. Thank you!

Absolutely love this place, very peaceful! Great view. Will be back again. Around alot of shops and restaurants as well. 5 star from me and my family.

Didnt like the property beach but enjoyed the pool.Great stay

Awesome but need more towels and chairs on top deck.Everything else was great!..will do it again.

We arrived to major construction and renovations to the units adjoining ours. There was loud noise and debris everywhere due to this. None of the sliding glass doors had locks. They used broom sticks to secure the doors. The secondary bathroom tub would not drain and did not have any pressure whatsoever causing us to have to use only the primary shower the entire week. They did come and change the drain to fix that, but nothing for the pressure. When we originally made the reservation, the unit was listed with a washer and dryer. Upon arriving, we were advised we couldn’t use it and there was a laundromat nearby. There wasn’t any type of beach ANYTHING…towels, chairs, umbrellas, leftover toys from previous tenants…NOTHING! The rental was very poorly stocked with the very bare minimum of items such as a few towels and very used mismatched silverware and dishes. Everything in the kitchen was very old and not as nice as advertised or priced. I did have to reach out to VRBO and the property manager that came to the unit was not happy about it & was extremely rude! This is all very disheartening as we love Pensacola and are there each year. The property’s only saving grace was the permanent tenants and how extremely kind they were.

My son just lost both his grandparents unexpectedly within 10 days of each other. He's been struggling and the beach has always been his happy place. This was very last minute for us. The folks there were very friendly and attentive, the property is very nice. We couldnt have asked for a better place for him to step out of day to day and do some healing. Thank you!

Easy to find, quiet low key surroundings. This is exactly what we were looking for to stay and see the Blue Angels. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

This was a comfortable place. Easy to find, walking distance to a pool, public and private beach. Quiet, friendly area full of families.

Place is pretty old and run down. Wood on patios is rotting and patio furniture was rusted and really old. The beds are horrible stained and pretty disgusting. Not very comfortable either. Kitchen is bare bones with barely any silverware. Half the “amenities” they have listed were non existent and have pictures of different properties in listing. No washer dryer, no hair dryer, no cleaning supplies. Make sure you take inventory of what little they have in there as they will accuse you of stealing stuff from them upon check out. The location was great but that’s really the only good thing about this place. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.
