Stayed May 18, 2024There are not enough words for how amazing this property is and how much we enjoyed our stay! My toddler, my sister, and I accompanied my husband on a work trip. I’m usually wishing to be back home when we do this but this property felt like a vacation all on its own! The pictures online are beautiful, but It’s even better in person. Which doesn’t happen often! The live oaks as you pull in, the privacy of the house and backyard, the picturesque path lined with bamboo trees down to the private beach, the sand and palm trees overlooking the bay, the screened in porch with incredible views, and the beautiful living spaces. We spent our mornings on the spacious screened in porch having breakfast and coffee while my toddler played. We would then spend the rest of the day at our own beach. My husband grabbed bait from the shop just up the road and we would swim while he fished until evening. We cooked most of our meals because we loved the kitchen and it had everything we needed. Homes we have rented in the past seem like the host tried to stock them but it feels like no one ever actually lived there. You can feel the history and love at this property and it has everything. It’s a short drive to downtown restaurants, the pier, and the beach. Karen was amazing to communicate with the whole trip and very quick to respond. I wish I could sit down with her and hear stories of the home and neighborhood because it is truly a gem. Can’t wait until we can return!

Stayed Dec 24, 2023First - location. It's easy to get to downtown St Pete (10 min) as well different beaches (15-30 min, depending on beach - we went to multiple ones). But there's no need to drive - it's on a private beach already, so we would get up early for sunrises or sunsets, sitting on the beach chairs and relaxing. St Pete has great restaurant and bar options, so being convenient to all these options is great.
