Great place

We had a 4th of July family get together here and it was amazing. How is as advertised, the kids loved the pool, and the beach was a short walk distance away. Definitely would stay here again. Great pripery and communication.

The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious enough for our needs. The grill was not big but we cooked on it twice just took a bit longer due to capacity. We had 15 staying on the property. The kids utilized the pool and the basketball net each day. The beach was less than a five minute walk.

My friends and I had a great time at this house. Was perfect for what we needed - quick drive to golf courses, restaurants, etc. Big pool and hot tub were great too.

First of all check in was so easy. Second the pool was bigger than I expected and a pleasant surprise. We had 8 adults and 7 kids everyone enjoyed the pool. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and right across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and we were able to make a few dinners for everyone. The grill outside is small and took time to cook but we made it work, it is a charcoal grill. We had so many laughs and everyone found things to do. A great weeks vacation and I highly recommend.

The house wasn’t bad overall, but the hot tub and pool were not very clean and the wifi barely worked.

The property fit our family perfect. We decided to do thanksgiving a little different from the norm.o erall the house the hkuse was great. I would ask that the management change a few small things like offering more than than just one roll of tissue per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. When you have guest of 10+ people you should at least do 2 rolls. Just small things. I would definitely stay again and recommend. one roll per

Overall the house was perfect for our group. It showed it's age a bit, but was clean and the description was very accurate. The kitchen supplies (dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc.) were more than enough for our group of 15. You do could use some storage containers for leftovers and maybe a few mixing bowls of various sizes. The fenced in yard was great with the kids. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. The second refrigerator in the downstairs was great for extra beverages. The thing we would most have liked to see was a bathroom on the first floor for when you are in the pool. That would have really helped. All in all, we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Overall, we enjoyed the home very very much. It was clean and homey but we didn’t like how there is no common bathroom for everyone to share downstairs. You have to go into someone’s room to use the bathroom. It was a lot for some of the adults to continue going upstairs to the kitchen. The WiFi barely worked but aside from these 3 things. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is literally right there from the beach!!

We started here for my two brothers bachelor parties. The house was perfect, plenty of room for all 13 of us adults. It was amazing to have the pool. The check in process was simple and even accommodated an early check in! Would definitely love to revisit.

A suggestion would be to leave some basic stuff like paper towels, extra toilet paper, condiments like salt, pepper, etc. but I understand why they don't, so just go to the nearby WalMart and load up on them there. Also, if you are into playing board games, then bring them as there are 2 large tables idela for playing games anddoing puzzles. There is a basketball hoop and badmitten net and raquets to use as well. The shuffleboard court is cracked which makes it hard to slide the discs. Be careful not to park under the basketball net as some strong winds blew it down and would have smashed our rental. The layout was nice with 2 big decks in the front and nice lounge chairs around the pool. One thing that kind of sucked for us but not the owner's falut, was that the beach does not allow any canopies or tents and we had both. So we used the tent around the pool as there was only one umbrella there. Overall, it was a nice place and I would definitely stay there again for sure.

Right off the bat, the cabinet where the trash is in the kitchen hangs open all the time. You can tell the slide out for the trash has been broken a long time. Why it hasn’t been fixed is just laziness. I would be embarrassed to rent this residence for $1100 a night without fixing the things that need repaired. The stove is filthy. The fridge is all dented and scratched. The downstairs stinks. The downstairs king bedroom leaked on the bed. We called the after hours maintenance and he moved the bed so it didn’t drip on the bed. The return air vents were so dirty. The WiFi went down on Friday after the storm and never came back up. Under the beds were disgusting too. The cabinets in the kitchen were all bubbled where it looked like they had some kind of fire or heat damage. Again, another thing that could easily be repaired with a new cabinet door. The throw pillows on the couches and chairs need thrown away. The chairs upstairs were filthy. Again, carpet or furniture cleaner and a good scrubbing would fix it. The back door knob kept falling off. I feel completely ripped off. Doubt I will ever use VRBO again.

It was a great stay for our group. There were 13 adults and there was plenty of space for folks to lounge and sleep. The house was clean, the beds all had fresh linens, and there were clean towels in the bathrooms. The volleyball court, basketball hoop, shuffle board, and pool kept everyone entertained. A beach entrance was across the street and it was a short 10-15 minute walk to bars/restaurants/grocery store. About a 5 minute drive to the main strip with grocery stores, mini golf, and restaurants. Although no one in our group played, it's also within minutes of a golf course. We easily parked 4 cars on the property. We had to reach out to property management for 2 small issues and they had someone come out the same day (including Sunday) to fix the problems. Communication was great and super responsive. Our only suggestion would be to have a few more items in the kitchen (platters, bowls) to serve dinner to a larger group. Definitely recommend.
