Private Beach House - 1 Block From The Beach + Free Attraction Tickets!

The house was a great size for the 8 of us who stayed, and it was very close to the beach. The kitchenette downstairs was a great feature and made it convenient to quickly grab things and go to the beach. Most of the rooms have their own A/C window unit, so that was also nice to have since some like it more cold/hot than others. The WiFi was VERY slow and hardly anything would load when using it on the phone and using the smart TV. Most of us (6/8) turned the WiFi off on our phones to see if that would help the connection and it didn’t. When we got there, the floors were still dirty. We found crumbs inside couches and in nooks and crannies of the rooms. We also made use of the sofa bed downstairs, and when we opened that there were black specks/crumbs on the sheets. We only used one of the two extra quilts in the closet upstairs because the other had a huge brown stain on it. Overall, it was a nice place for a short stay/long weekend. It would’ve been better if the WiFi actually worked (even after resetting it a couple times) and it was more clean considering the expensive cleaning fee you pay for after your stay.

Location is the key and the beach was 5 minutes from the house.

Good location. Easy access to beach. Odd that the most effective kitchen was on 2nd floor. Easy check in and out.

Overall we really enjoyed this vacation rental. We did go to the wrong house first cause fhere are 2 2400 Perrin homes both the same shade of blue. I think it would be helpful if they were marked A and B. But other then that slight confusion the house was great.

Our family had an enjoyable & relaxing long weekend here. We were able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes or less. We will likely return again.

There was no water pressure for showers and washing dishes. Upstairs bedrooms have no tvs. Very little hot water. It was lukewarm.

Great beach house. Very comfortable and roomy. We mainly stayed for our son's wedding that was about 2 miles away. Would love to come back for a vacation. We had our dog with us. He was very comfortable there.

Excellent. Just a problem checking in. it was a holiday.

First impression was good. Clean and tidy overall. Plenty of room and furniture. The couches downstairs are overdue for a deep cleaning. Found long hairs in the bed and it's time for new pillows. Luckily I always travel with my own. Overall not a bad stay.

It was only a block from the beach the night walk on the beach was amazing and I love how peaceful the neighborhood was. I enjoyed myself.

The only things that were not great were the mouse droppings in a drawer in the kitchen and the need to get more linens from the office. We had expected that if it said it sleeps 11 there would be enough bedding and towels for 11 people. Plenty of room for everyone. The front porch of Low Tide was awesome, we spent so much time there in the afternoons. Beds were very comfortable. Only a couple of things that could have been better is 1- water pressure could use some help and the washer and dryer in the shared outbuilding needed 2 rinses to get it all out and at least 2 rounds of drying to get the stuff dry. Also the dryer left some brown marks on some of the family’s light colored clothing and also the towels we tried to wash. All in all we had a great time! Property is close to the beach which was great, no need to drive and get all that sand in your car and no need to pay for parking.

Enjoyed our time. The house suited our needs. Having a kitchen on both floors was a little inconvenient but we made it work

Great beach house not far from Cresent Beach. Plenty of room for my girlfriend and I and 4 teenage kids. Daughter's had separate rooms with bathroom connecting the 2. My son had his own private room. No issues while staying. Address for high tide house (this house), is on Holly Drive. Not Perrin Drive.

The house is right close to the beach, accommodating to 10 people comfortably, however is outdated and needs cleaned more thoroughly.The floors were still filthy when we checked in, the furniture could use updating as there were deep stains on chairs, couches, and the rugs. If you are looking for a cheaper stay near the beach, this is the spot!

Brought my kids and their boyfriend/girlfriend to the beach for the week to celebrate high school graduation. The host was fantastic and so were the property managers. Enjoyed our stay and it was exactly as advertised.
