Private beach, heated pool, game room, tiki bar, parking for up to 18 vehicles!

Property was well equipped and host was very accommodating. Perfect for my large family thanksgiving get away!!!We will definitely be back!!

Location was great and was perfect for our needs

The host responded quickly to questions. The pool was perfect for the kids who didn’t want to go to the beach. A very short walk to be on the beautiful white beaches. The house was wonderful and clean. Had a couple of maintenance problems that were resolved very quickly. We had the best time and hope to return to this house next fall. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We loved everything about this beach house! Everyone went on and on about how great it was.

We rented this place because my son was getting married at Destin. It was the first time in a long time that my siblings and I have spent time together all at once. The house was amazing. The view to the beach was incredible. The pool was perfect. All the rooms and beds were very comfortable. The big kitchen was perfect for all to enjoy eating and talking. The host was very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place for everyone.

Place was great convienent for all

This was our family's second time staying at Alotta Colada for our annual beach trip. We absolutely love this property as it has plenty of space to spread out with multiple families staying together. The pool and tiki bar are awesome! The beach is perfect! The staff and maintenance are so helpful and kind! We will definitely stay here again and again!

We love this house. This is our second year at this house and we plan on coming back. The location is excellent and the setup of the house and guest house are perfect for our families.

Overall great place to stay. There was 26 of us staying here and there was ample space for all. Location and proximity to beach was great. The beach was beautiful. Property was priced well for what you got. We loved the ice machine available with the property. Also loved that we had three sets of washing machines and dryers to use. They sent someone to check on the pool at least twice in the week (maybe more but we saw him at least twice) which we also appreciated as the pool stayed clean. Rental house was a little dated with some wear and tear throughout but it didn't bother us. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and cooking supplies but we needed more kitchen towels available. Future renters - bring all your own trash bags, coffee filters, napkins, paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, laundry soap, spices, etc as property had none. Overall good property and good communication from property management. We did not have any issues during our stay.

All of us enjoyed staying there. We absolutely love the tiki bar and pool. We spent every afternoon there rain or shine. Only negative was that the top floor was a little warm at night. The courtyard was awesome for cornhole tournament. We had a couple things come up but all it took was a phone call and it was immediately taken care of. Thanks for an awesome place.

The home was beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed to host my wedding.

Pics don’t do this place justice! The photos online are outdated. The home itself is so nice, bedding, furniture, everything. and spacious! We booked a trip with our friends - 9 families, 23 kids mostly 12-14 years old, one baby, 2 8 year olds, and 16 adults. It was just so perfect I can’t describe. Each family was so pleased! The beds and bedding were so comfy. The second and third floor bedrooms rooms are huge! The bunk rooms on third floor also very nice for kids or even adults. The guest house was really nice! We enjoyed the game room, basketball court, and many seating areas and balconies! The pool and outside bar were perfect places to hang. The beach so close as well. We were back and forth all the time. Loved falling asleep to the sounds of waves each night. And morning coffee looking at the view. 3 full size washer and dryers! The ice maker was a lifesaver and never ran out despite allll these people! Hot water wasn’t an issue either for showers. Bath towels were nice too. We cooked full meals each day in the main kitchen. All the fridges were nice and we stocked the first one up with adult beverages! As well as the fridge by the pool. The grill was great for burger night. Coffee makers came in handy too. Trash was easy in the bins just past the pool. I was nervous when we booked this place because of the nonrefundable 50% deposit. But it was one of the few houses big enough for us that would take less than a week reservation. We were beyond impressed!

Great location!

Beautiful place. We had 6 family’s that all fit comfortably. The private pool and the tiki bar were a hit! So was the game room and basketball. The walk to the beach was shorter than anywhere we’ve stayed. We will definitely be back.

The location was very nice ! The house was excellent and everyone loved being close to the beach and outlet mall.

It was the perfect place to hang out with friends from Highschool. The house was beautiful and very spacious. The beautiful view of the beach . Perfect!!

Our family was so excited to enjoy what looked like a beautiful home. We checked in at 4:00pm. By 8:00 cockroaches were coming out of dishwashers, trim, cabinets, they were even inside the Lamps!! Yes the lamps! This place was absolutely disgusting and definitely needs remodeling. The host was not answering our calls. We had no choice but to leave and unfortunately we were all split up in different hotels. Our vacation was completely ruined because of this house/booking…. Run far far away……

The property sits just off the beach. Hardly wore shoes all week to get back & forth to the beautiful private white beach. Location is top notch. The house has 2 master suites with bunk rooms on the top floor. Full kitchen, dining space & living room with another full master suite on 2nd floor. 1st floor 3 master suites (1 with bunks) and small kitchen and living space. That walks out to the pool. Plenty of space for 24 adults and children. Check the TV remotes when you 1st arrive, we had some that didn't work but didn’t realize it till late in the week. Found a few roaches during our stay. But all in all our stay here was great family fun and we'd stay here again for sure!

We highly recommend Alotta Colada for family vacations. Plenty of room to spread out! The location was perfect; close to restaurants & places to shop. Only a short walk to the beach & a private pool. Our only issue was that the game room. The football table needed to be repaired. Otherwise, no complaints!!

The house was perfect for 5 families, 11 adults 14 kids from ages 4-17. Guest house was perfect for the older teens. The game room was a hit for everyone. The location of the house was perfect. We loved everything about the house, drinking coffee on the deck watching the waves, the pool, the outside bar, two washers and dryers in the main house, the commercial ice machine. We will be staying here again. It needs a little updated but that wasn’t stopping us from enjoying ourselves.
