Nancy was such a vigilant and helpful host! Very responsible and caring -- and made sure to reach out with surf warnings when the weather turned. Super accommodating!

We had a great family stay in Puako! Nancy was attentive and fast to reply to any messages. The house was clean and perfect for our family of 6. It took a little getting used to the lack of air conditioning but wasn’t bad with all the screen doors and windows and a good excuse to enjoy the Hawaiian breeze. The views of the ocean were amazing and the mature landscaping around the grounds were beautiful. We really enjoyed being able to use the beach gear and kayak under the house. Our young daughters loved playing in the tidal pool, sheltered from the waves. Snorkeling right out front was terrific with lots of fish along the reef. Be sure to wear your reef shoes for the spiny urchins. Turtles are along the beach and in the water everyday. We only saw 8-10 people during our entire stay walking by. We hope to be able to return sometime soon! Thank you again!

Amazing property (location, setup, and everything included) that made for a great stay. We enjoyed having the ocean breeze coming through all day and spent most of our time outside on the porch or by the shore. The snorkeling and turtle watching behind the house is next level and not to be missed. Greg and Nancy were great hosts checking in on us and being responsive. We were there during the tsunami warning and they went the extra mile making sure we would were ok. When we come back to Hawaii, very likely we're staying here again.

Magical place on Puako Bay. We slowed down to turtle time, and snorkeled right out the back door (hosts’ advice on navigating the tides and reefs was very helpful!). House is open, comfortable, well appointed. We loved just being the two of us, but plan to come back with 2-3 additional family members.

Amazing location and property had almost everything you could need. Would be 5 stars if the property had air conditioning, as even with the constant breeze from the ocean and fans in every room, we struggled to stop sweating on the warmer afternoons and evenings during our visit.

The home is beautiful and so functional!

This house is the perfect paradise getaway. Island breezes, wale watching from the deck. Sound of the ocean. We saw wales breaching, turtles swimming and basking in the sun. Host has excellent communication. Hoise is clean and well kept. Everything was as described and worked perfectly I would definitely come again

We wanted a change from our holiday beach home in Kona so we rented this lovely beach house in Puako. We enjoyed a wonderful family Christmas here. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, comfortable, and there was every amenity we could have wanted. Highly recommended!

Nancy went out of her way to get bike helmets for us and even sent us Kona coffee by mail after our stay. Mahalo!

This place has it all. Everything you need. Chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, surfboards, kayaks, fins, and even stuff you didn’t know you would need. Kitchen is well stocked and the host is great. Snorkel right outside your back yard and see turtles, sea urchins, parrot fish etc

Great location for this amazing beachfront home. The inside is beautifully decorated Very clean and extremely peaceful and quiet. The very private yard is fenced in and wonderful to relax in if your not on the beach just on the other side of the front hedges Lots of beach items provided The host was very easy and pleasant and the coffe they dropped off delicious! We had a great time and highly recommend this home A larger tv would have been great We were ther during football😁 No complaints only good vibes all the way around!!
