Private Beach Access + Chairs - Gulf Winds #16

So organized, clean, the pool was a very comfortable temperature and just steps from the beach. Such a wonderful stay would definitely come back.

The three of us truly enjoyed our time at 16. Neighbors were friendly and helphul on where to dine affordably. Easy access to the private beach, which is a big plus. Pool swimmers were gone by 10pm. We recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Gulf Winds East. Quick communication with the host. The closest and easiest walk to the beach that we’ve ever had. The pool was always kept nice and clean. The other families at the condo were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The property and condo were tidy and clean. Owners were very responsive. Felt like home away from home.The walk to the beach was easy. Took around a minute or so but very convenient. Loved the shelter right as you walked through the gate. Made for a great shaded relaxing point or just to sit and gaze at the beach. The pool was literally right outside your door. Would definitely recommend this property.

It was absolutely perfect for my family and I. The location was perfect we were able to get to the beach with a few short steps.

My family had a great time in this unit! Plenty of room for all 5 of us, unbeatable location, and very tidy. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

It was an amazing property. Very clean and the location was great. Although they may want to rethink white towels. Not very practical for women. Only some will know what I mean.

Our stay was excellent! It was great to have close and easy access to the beach. The property was clean and communication with the property manager was great! They responded promptly when we needed them, which was once to get the code to the beach chairs. This is a great place to stay!

We’ve stayed at this place in the past but first time in this unit. What makes this condo especially awesome is the access. You have immediate walk up access to the back porch where the shower is and the biggest plus is that you can park right outside your condo! It also overlooks the pool which is great! The unit is very nice and has everything you need. We were missing a few items but since the owners are local, they brought it over right away! Special shout out to them for making us feel welcome and comfortable! Will definitely stay in this unit next year!

This was our second time staying at this property and we love it every time! Host is always quick to respond and accommodating, easy beach access, and the unit is always clean and tidy upon arrival.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property. It is always immaculate when we arrive, and if there are any questions I have, Shannyn responds very quickly. We love the location - less than a minute walk to a beautiful private beach and walking distance to some really good restaurants! I highly recommend!!

Second time there, great everytime!

The place was awsome and very convenient for me and my family. Beach was only about a 3 minute walk and every thing we needed was very close such as shopping centers family fun activities, and restaurants. Would definitely book here again if we ever come back to Destin.
