The kitchen was very well stocked. The bed and other furniture was comfortable. The view of the bay was quite pretty. The manager had an air conditioner repair company come very quickly, when there was a problem with one of the air conditioners.Overall, the place was clean, however, the throw rugs in the master bath were dirty, as well as deep dirt in corners. The front entrance landing area and front door were pretty dirty. The deck had cushions and beach items strewn about. The description was that the Gulf was across the street. True, but you can’t see from the front, nor just walk across the street. The approximate 1/4 mile walk to the access was easy, and fine for me to do, but a bit misleading.

Lovely house, super location, wonderful to have a private dock. The dogs thoroughly enjoyed the garden and the beach. The house had everything we needed. Deborah, the rental agent, was fantastic. There were a couple of small issues and she fixed them immediately - seriously excellent customer service and a lovely lady. We look forward to returning next year.

We loved this place. The dock was our favorite. We spent most of our time sitting on the dock fishing and talking. I caught many fish including founder right off the dock. The views were spectacular. Would recommend to anyone wanting to relax and get away from a busy life. The house met all of our needs including preparing food that we caught. I would definitely revisit. The host was amazing and incredibly available when needed. Wonderful vacation.

Darling property on the bay side of Dauphin Island.The hostess was above and beyond in her communications prior to the stay. Made me feel like I was staying at a friend's place at the beach.Will stay there again.

Perfect sized house for 7 of us. Gorgeous views from inside the house. Very convenient location being on the bay side but super short walk across the street to the gulf beach.

Awesome property. Great location

This property was an amazing find for our extended family. We like to travel with our pups and this home was very accommodating. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out. The views were amazing. We had amazing sunrises and sunsets. We had multiple days when we were visited by dolphins. The gulf side is a fairly easy walk but we decided that we enjoyed the relative quiet of the bay. Plenty of sand by the dock to sit and relax. Water was calm and shallow. The home is very comfortable with plenty of kitchen supplies. Check in was easy and the property manager was very responsive and pleasant. We would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great and the house was clean. It wasnice having a front and back porch to enjoy staying out of the sun or watching for the sunset.

The highlight is the back covered porch and open deck overlooking the beautiful white sandy beach on the bay with a walkway to the fishing dock. The house is comfortable, though needing a little maintenance and TLC, but nothing to keep us from returning. The protective furniture covers provided are a godsend! Don't count on having TV reception. Property manager is attentive.

House was very nice. I would suggest getting some better kitchenware and some boards need to be replaced on the deck but other than that it was a very nice stay

Was such a great property to be able to get away at with my parents and husband - the home is just as described and views were amazing - the relaxation was just what was needed and communication was with ms Deborah

Dock was great - nice beach and nice yard. Home was large and had very comfortable King sized beds. Communication with host/property manager was thorough. Nice place.

Comfortable, clean, quiet place to chill away from the daily grind. The private dock on the sound and the short walk to the gulf are very pleasant.

We couldn't of asked for a better stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. Deborah was there for any additional questions at a moments notice. Didn't want to leave!

Property was clean and well apportioned. Even though it was pet friendly it did no smell like a dog. Would recommend.

Enjoyed the dock! Was such a wonderful get away - we took our hammocks and tied them up on the dock and relaxed. The mosquitoes were the only negative part - make sure to take bug spray. The house had everything we needed and was roomy. We enjoyed playing games around the table. We saw dolphins from the dock several days and enjoyed the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. It was very quiet and relaxing. Also, our grand pup enjoyed the trip, too. Wonderful time overall!

As advertised! Great views! Good proximity to the gulf Beach. Perfect vacation for our family! Island is very laid back which we loved! Will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone!
