Great property, the house and surroundings were very well cared for, checking was easy, host communication was prompt and very informative. Definitely plan on booking this property again in the future.

We love this property. It’s beautiful, clean and has everything you would want. It was a perfect spot for our family vacation. From the start of booking, it was an easy very communicative transaction. It is conveniently placed. Only minutes from the stores and the launch ramp.we were able to park our boat and car’s easily. We will definitely be booking this again.

Fun and relaxing stay with a family of 4! We enjoyed all the pool and fun games that were available.

The host, Michelle, was excellent to work with! Answered ALL our questions and in a very quick and timely way. We LOVED the house. It’s as good as the pictures show and very very comfortable. Very clean! We all really appreciated that! We found the beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking items needed! And we appreciated we had a stock of basic paper/soap items needed when we arrived. The backyard bar area with the grill was awesome. And the whole backyard had such a wonderful ambiance. The pool area was so fabulous and was our favorite spot to hang out. We were a group of six adults, and we literally had everything we needed! We liked being able to park our rental car in the garage. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this was a top notch spot! We highly recommend you book this house! You won’t be disappointed!

The property is amazing and everything we had hoped for. The host is very responsive and the attention to detail made for a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We LOVE this house! Everything about it was fantastic. Weather was not exactly conductive to spending much time in the back yard but we look forward to coming back when it’s warmer to get the full use of all the amenities. Everything you could want is in this house and we found it clean and comfortable in all aspects. And that garage!! I’m convinced we need to add one to our house now. Thank you so much for such an amazing house to stay in for the week.

Overall our stay was relaxing and we enjoyed the pool, but not one of our top vacations. The house was not as clean as it should be and was less quiet/private than we were hoping for. We won't be back.

Great vacation rental! Loved the backyard oasis, wish the weather would have cooperated as we were not able to use the outdoor BBQ area due to wind/rain.. Kitchen is well stocked and enjoyed the open concept. We hope to go back with grandkids in the future, the pool and hot tub will definitely get more use!

Very nice home and beautiful back yard with pool, spa and outdoor kitchen. The house was very clean and had all the essentials you would need. The neighborhood was quiet and with little traffic which can be an issue on certain streets in Lake Havasu. Very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

We loved the charming and welcoming style of the home! The pool and spa were warm and a wonderful feature to use. Everything was spotless!

Was this rental bigger than one person needed….absolutely!! But….it was just what I needed to relax from work and life! The outdoor space is what hooked me when searching for the perfect place, and it definitely fit the bill! Responses were quick and everything was shared ahead of time to make the experience enjoyable and relaxing! Love Havasu and this property just made it even more enjoyable! Until next time!

This property was amazing! We loved the floor plan of the home. Easy access upon arrival. Instructions for everything needed. From the hot tub to the propane grill. Magnificent recreational outdoor area, with the pool and cabana. Close to anything one would need. Loved the privacy wall. Our favorite place now.

Nice place

This home is very clean & comfortable for hanging out. It’s great for families. The outdoor space is its best feature with a great diving pool, spa, built in kitchen with bbq & sink, bistro lighting and Bluetooth speakers. The property is stocked with everything you could need for the weekend, including extra linens, pool toys and floaties. My only complaint is I wish the beds were a little more comfortable (personal preference) and the freezer doesn’t really make ice so make sure to bring bags of ice with you. Location was a little ways out but typical for a lot of rentals in Havasu. We would definitely stay here again.
