The house was very clean and stocked with everything rmtgat we needed down to toothbrush and toothpaste. Very well thought out. The owner communicated with us in a timely manner. We all enjoyed ourselves!

The house had plenty of room for my large family to stay while visiting other family and friends around Indianapolis. The location was very handy for interstate access and restaurants/shopping for everything we needed. Joe was very responsive when we had questions. This location is on a dead-end road and has a nice yard and deck. Very quiet and peaceful, despite how close it is to all those conveniences.

We stayed at this property while traveling with the Hot Rod Power Tour. The location was PERFECT, house was great for our group! Our bed was a little hard but the other guests rooms did not have any complaints. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Extended family stay for Indy qualifications. Place is great! Clean. Big! It is stocked with bathroom supplies, towels, sheets, kitchen stuff. The only issue was no ice maker. We will definitely stay here again!

Host communication was excellent. House was very clean and per description. House is close to interstate and remote neighborhood felt safe.

We attended a wedding and perfect for how close we were to venue. The house inside was great and very clean and plenty of room for all of us to have a bathroom. Outside of house could use a little sprucing up

The Good: Clean property, easy check-in, great price, good bathrooms, huge bedrooms, and was nice and quiet. The Not as Good: If I’m being perfectly honest though, a few things could be better. The furniture is a bit uncomfortable in both sitting areas. We were there for (3) days so we became intimate with the seating arrangements. For older guests, it would be nice to have instructions on how to watch normal TV. Seemed as if you had to have your own Hulu, ESPN, YouTube TV, etc account to be able to watch anything. Was frustrating. Also, it had rained for a few days prior and the home smelled very musty. I’m sure it’s much better under dry conditions. Overall, pleased with the stay but want an honest review out there for others to see.

Worked well with the 3 bathrooms

4 cousins met to have a weekend away and plan future reunions. This space was ideal as we each had our own room and plenty of space to hang out as well.

The place was very clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the property for a travel sports competition. Our group consisted of two 17-year old athletes and three adults. There was plenty of room for everyone and the property was convenient and comfortable.

Three retired pastor couples so the separate bedroom areas with three private bathrooms was the right arrangement.

Perfect location to everything .

We enjoyed our weekend. The house was perfect for our girl’s weekend. Everyone had their own space. The house was immaculate! The jacuzzi tub was amazing! Joe was kind and easy to work with. Thank you! We will definitely stay here again!

Really a fantastic stay and a fantastic value for this particular location. We stayed during Gencon, an enormous pop culture and gaming convention, and had a blast. The property was clean and spacious and close enough to downtown to make it convenient. Also close to the airport. Highly recommend this property.

Clean and efficient place to stay. We went to the Eucharistic Congress held at Lucas Oil Stadium. The house was less than 15 minutes away from the stadium. Beds were very comfortable. FYI - the shower in the master bathroom had the hot and cold reversed.

We were in town for the National Eucharistic Congress at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was nice, the house was clean and up to date. All of the hotels were booked for miles around for this event, so we were happy to find this place!

We were in town for a convention and so enjoyed the house! The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed watching the planes as they passed over. The check in was so smooth! Sorry I forgot to let you know when we left!
