Stayed Mar 1, 2024We spent the month of March at the house. It met all our expectations. The house is in a quiet neighborhood away from the main Highway. Fran & Lou were available if we had any issues. We would highly recommend the house and would stay again on our next trip to Davenport. Thank you

Stayed Jul 3, 2022Home was very cozy and had everything that we needed. The owners were very friendly and easy to reach. The master was a bit warm but there was a ceiling fan and floor fan in the room so that was a great help. My family and I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this home and would love to rent again in the future.

Stayed Jul 18, 2021Lady who watches the house lives right in front of property and just like other customers mentioned in previous reviews you have no privacy. And they have cameras outside which is uncomfortable when being outside, someone is watching on the other side of camera.

Stayed May 28, 2018The house was nice.Every thing you would expect for the price. The only thing I didn't like was the fact the owners made it known on arival they lived across the street and came on to the property everyday we were there. It did not feel like a vacation home. It felt like we were staying in someone else home.
